“I work in an office, and I support 11 retail stores, so it is fair to say that I use our copier all the time. (It has many functions, scanner, copier, fax...) Last year, I found myself without a Toner Waste Container. Nobody could use the copier. It supports the entire office. Xerox said it would be 7-10 days. They would not ship one to me overnight. Delmarva Document Solutions called to check on me, (which they do every other month to see if I need any supplies or help) when they heard I needed something, an employee got in her car and drove to my office with three Toner waste containers, not one, but three. Their office is about 45 minutes away from my office. They saved me. The support I receive is wonderful, if the copier has an issue I call, and I am walked through step by step on how to resolve whatever it is. If service needs to come out the longest, I wait is first thing the next morning after I have called. I cannot say enough good about the customer service I receive, and the staff are the best! I have been working with Delmarva Document Solutions for almost five years & I cannot think of one complaint I have had. This kind of help and support does not happen much in this digital age, so I am very grateful, and greatly recommend them.”

We just had a water treatment company come check the water feeding into our bathrooms and when he checked the water out of our ABS system, he said it was PERFECT! We can taste the difference! We're on city water and it's very chlorinated. The ABS reverse osmosis system clears that, and other junk, right out of our drinking water! I highly recommend!”
