Horrible !!!!
I brought in a new cocktail jacket to be pressed and cleaned. They got stains on it the first time and it was still wrinkled. I asked them to make it right and they still didn’t get the wrinkles out and this time it was covered in lint !!! I don’t think they did anything to it at all. This was just a waste of time and money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY at this business !!!!

Coming to this place make me want to wash my dress with my own hands , rude service, expensive and they tell you to sign something in case the clothes get ruined, I'm not paying for them to ruin my clothes, in that case I do it myself and ruined for free , another thing is that they offer alterations there but in reality you have to drive to Laurel she said to get the alterations, so why you have a big sign saying they do it if they don't?

The service is not the best at all. I will be looking for another cleaner for sure. I just feel like they way they speak to me is short and rude even.

I had a terrible experience at Phillips Cleaners this morning. I was greeted by only one worker who seemed to have no interest in helping me with my special requests. Despite my clear explanation of what I wanted, she rudely told me that they would simply follow the instructions on the label to clean my item. It was like she didn't even care to listen to my needs. . I regret not going to ZIPS Cleaners instead. Their customer service was fantastic and they understood exactly what I was looking for. I will never go back to Phillips and would not recommend this company to anyone. What a disappointment!

As a customer of 20 years I have been faithfully going to this cleaners until a recent policy change requiring customers to pay in advance. This is ridiculous considering the business has been charging upon pick up for decades. Going to another cleaners. They lost my business permanently. BTW this place doesn't have the same owners as the Phillips you all know from the old days. Some dude in DE bought the name a couple years ago. Not the same family who gave excellent customer service to the Salisbury community.
