For all the nonsense when they complained about the bank but the staff was very helpful and it's way more than 1 staff agent.However Ms.Ashley was the M.VP for this morning.She not only was patient but went through all the proper channels before assisting me in this sensitive situation.Gid bless her and management

Drive-thru ATM has been broken for months. Usually it's just that it doesn't have any money in it to give out or something, but today it just took in my card and refused to let me put in my PIN number. Basically just bricked. Fortunately it eventually timed itself out and gave me my card back, was worried I was going to have to go inside and have them get the card for me. Fix your equipment.

If you want to dread banking this is your place. Insane wait times (for years & only getting worse), with a handful of friendly staff - but good luck getting one and even better luck when you don't. Nasty, nasty, nasty. Drive 5 extra minutes to the Tony Tank branch, you're welcome.

If you want to get a bank account at this branch read other people's reviews, I went to open a bank account in this branch I arrived before the bank opened, I stayed in front of the bank after that I found myself surrounded by two banker car, one of the bankers (old woman in an old car) asked me to leave from the front of the bank, then I stayed at the sidewalk after that they asked me to leave the sidewalk I left the sidewalk and I stayed in the street beside the bank she asked me to leave the street I refused to do that she said I will call the security I told her to go ahead and call the security, she called the security and no one come, then the bank open as I expected the bank from inside is similar to the woman behavior no chair and you need to wait three days to get appointments to open bank account, you feel like you are going to steal their money.We are in 2023 with advances in security and CCTV cameras, but we still have people with stupid mentality who think if one stays near the bank he is going to steal it like in the 50s.thank God I went after that to M & T Bank, the bankers are very welcoming and respectful, and the bank from the inside is very nice, I opened a bank account in minutes

Machine issued counterfeit money. No mistake of my own. But was told because I'm not eith their bank . I'm out of the 20 dollars .I'm not out of nothing even if I have to bring a civil suit it's the principle. So I filed a report. If it's one fake bill how many others are there. I never seen one but today I did. Could you imagine being embarrassed in a store. . Loomis better pay attention ion know who work for them but yea I set off an investigation. This has never happen to me..I can say that their top lady Ms Shantel has been very much involved and show genuine concern. I'm just glad it wasn't a hundred dollars or more. Cause I think I would of tied myself to the ATM til it was resolved ??

My Virtual Wallet Account doesn't tell me the accurate amount of money or what I owe vs what my balance is...One day I get an Email saying I have an available balance and no pending transactions... The next time I have a completely different balance with no pending transactions...I've gone to the branch just to have someone explain to me the policy and not why my account is jumping numbers with no transaction...
