Worse bank ever! Always a line! Don’t like to give out change! Usually 1teller! Why have someone stand at there stupid little counter to hand out deposit slips we as adults are capable of getting them ourselves! Go behind the counter and wait on customers that have been standing in your line for half an hour!

Slowest, most understaffed bank in town.

Called this place 5-6 times and no one answers. I even called an hour later multiple times to see if they will answer and nope.

The front desk woman is incredibly rude to all customers and all of the staff was incredibly rude and passé when I lost my wallet and needed a new debit card. It wasn’t until I was in my appointment that I was told I would need a picture ID to receive a new card.

Staff is friendly and efficient. We’ve used different financial products; PNC has served our financial needs well over the many years we have banked with them.

You can only get a card when they have a banker, they have a "banker" when they have one and couldn't provide me with a schedule, or let me make an appointment

I went here about a week ago to take care of a few deposits and this was easily the best service I have ever gotten from a PNC! Everyone there was so friendly and welcoming; they clearly cared about helping me and creating a positive environment. I highly recommend them for any troubles you may have

Waited 20 minutes and no one waited on me. I asked the bank manager and everything. I needed a new debit card. This place stunk. They were more concerned with the drive thru than about me, a live customer in front of them. If i could give less than one star I would.

I was unable to go inside with my son in the stroller so we went through the drive through. Don’t mind walking through the drive through whatever. There were quite a bit of cars in the 4 lanes but I figured I was just cashing a check (which the account on the check was my grandmothers and mothers who have an account there). Plus I used to have an account there in the past so should not be a problem No. I waited 30 MINUTES in that line WITH A 3 YEAR OLD IN THE STROLLER!! The girls at the window could not cash it because they needed more then my drivers lincese and they didn’t want to look for my old account because that would have worked. Again after I waited for 30 EFFIN MINUTES they finally asked for help from someone superior. (After I had requested numerous times the manager help find it prior to that). It took the superior woman LESS THAN 60 SECONDS TO FIND MY ACCOUNT AND CASH MY CHECK. Why it took those little girls 30 minutes seemed something personal or plain laziness. I wouldn’t care that much IF I DIDN’T HAVE MY 3 YEAR OLD IN THE STROLLER IN THE DRIVE THROUGH WITH MULTIPLE CARS. They girls names who were the biggest disappointments were Lindsey Norten(sp? Their handwriting is that of a toddlers), Jessica Porsi (or Dorsi? Again with the handwriting), and Megan Outten.

I have to go for a 1 star, which I am extremely saddened to do. I really loved PNC at first, the staff at the tony tank branch are extremely nice, the bank has everything I need but because of a few major underlining issues, I must rate 1 star. To start, I was placed on a " foundation " checking account and told no matter how well I spent my money or how well I kept my account, I would need to wait 6 months from the date of opening my account, for it to be reviewed. Upon review it would need to be in good standing and not inactive. This sucks because as a foundation account owner you are limited to 100$ a day in debit card transactions and 100$ a day in ATM withdrawals. This is a HUGE HUGE HUUUUUUUGE down-sight on their part, not only does it make paying bills incredibly difficult, but I feel like I'm being treated like a child being told how much of MY MONEY I can spend and when. Absolutely NOT! Jump ahead 6 months to July 29th 2019, I was on a 3 month layoff from work (college work, students leave, I get laid off) so I was living off unemployment for 3 months, well unemployment uses their own personal debit card so no need to use my bank. Being that my account was inactive and -6.62 (from the stupid service fee I get charged monthly) my review date came and went as any normal day. No mail, no email, no phone call, NOTHING! So my account continued to be foundation. I figured once I get paid (I returned to work the 22nd of August and will be paid September 15th) I can go into the bank in person and ask about a possible manual review of my account. No go... I didn't even get to pay day yet and the unthinkable happened. They. Closed. My. Account. Not a big deal you'd think normally, my account WAS inactive 3 months and negative 3 months so under normal circumstances it'd be understood but my issue is I WAS NOT TOLD or even WARNED for that matter. I go no email, no snail mail, no phone call (despite them having my phone # and have previously called me for other things before) or anything, just boom account closed. I only found out when I was trying to set up earn-in to see if I could get a paycheck advance. So I contacted the twitter support team (being it was after hours for the branch) and asked what to do, I was told I would need to contact account recovery team from X to X date and time but I was so mad I just decided FORGET IT. I will NOT be contacting them, I will NOT be getting my account back, and I will NOT be going back to PNC or recommending it to ANYBODY. If you have bad credit, stay away from PNC, they will put you on a foundation account just as they did me, treat you like a child, and tell you how much of YOUR money you can spend per day. I switched to chime, online banking, easy sign up, card came quick enough, and best of all, NO SPENDING LIMITS!

Today I received a text stating my PNC card had been compromised. I needed to be sure this was a legit text so I called the PNC Branch, spoke to Michele & Rachael who assisted me quickly and professionally. Thanks Michele & Rachael!
