I always have great sevice for my vehicle at the dealership, though their timing is often off. My last appointment was for a regular sevice/oil/filter change with an appointment at 10A and I didn't leave until after 12P. This sort of delay appears to be typical (experienced it the last time I was there also). Other than that, they are very pleasant, do a good job, have a nice waiting area, and I'll return there the next time.

My experience with Nissan was a great experience! My wife and I were treated very well, they really went the extra mile to take care of us and put us in a nice vehicle that we really needed! And if you go searching I recommend seeing Kevin Robles they made us very comfortable.

The service personnel and all of the staff at pohanka Nissan when above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and to make sure that I was pleased with the work performed. I do have a suggestion however. Please stagger the service writers lunch hour. My vehicle was finished and parked in the lot. No one notified me that it was complete. I had to go in and say hey my car is over there could I please have my bill.

Chris has a great demeaner-not pushy. He represents Pohanka very well. We were able to work the numbers out. Everyone there was great. We bought a 2023 Rogue; our second one.

I bought my first new car, a brand new 2023 Nissan Rouge back in April of this year ,, it was my first new car and I was excited ! I walked out with a car that didn't excite me at all ! I felt pressured and was gullible and regret buying it . I live in North Carolina but used to live in Salisbury Maryland and my son works for this car dealer so I thought I would be safe . Before I even got home to NC my windshield wiper blades started falling off , I went to a dealer locally and they replaced them . Next I found paperwork in the glove compartment for another buyer for this car ! I was told even though it had some miles on it that it was brand new . I did a car fax and it showed the car being titled before I bought it , all coincided with the other person's paperwork that I had . I called Nissan corporate office and they said I had to deal with dealer I bought it through . I really didn't go further as I was concerned for my son. But then I recently went to get my oil changed for the first time at the dealer here and they said I had No Maintenance package , which I believed that I had and remembered us talking about it being good out of state where I currently live . I called the dealer in Salisbury Maryland and eventually talked to the sales manager Kim , who also informed me that I did not have a maintenance package , that I had declined it , which I did not . She sent me a copy of such paperwork and it was someone else's writing that just said decline . I had never seen that paper and told her so , I told her all paperwork I had the finance person also had me initial it so I don't know where that came from . Why would I not want a maintenance package for a new car ? I then also told Kim the sales manager about the car being owned by someone else before me and told her I had all the paperwork with the other persons name address etc , information I wouldn't want anyone to have and told her about the Car fax . She said she would have that changed as it was an error and sent me an email showing it wasn't on the car fax ... I don't know what she was reading but even the email she sent me showed the car being titled to someone before me ! I do believe it was owned before me and that is most likely why I didn't have a maintenance package . I have called the FTC and gave them my statement and they told me to call the Attorney General's office in Maryland , which will be my next step .Others have told me of their wonderful experiences buying a new car and how the salesmen went above and beyond to make them feel great about their purchase and how they went over all the gadgets in their car . I didn't get that . At this point I feel taken advantage of and have a car that I really didn't want , I am in my 60's and wasn't even told about the options in the car and didn't get the option I most wanted which was an automatic tail gate. No one showed me how anything worked in the car . I wanted white and ended up with gray . I put down a lot of cash for this car and even if I tried to trade it in I would lose over half of it . I am disgusted and dissatisfied with the dealer and the salesman .

Had a major ""SAFETY"" issue with my Nissan vehicle (27,000 miles on odometer). Pohanka gave me an immediate appointment to be seen. Service advisor Ken, helped coordinate repairs, provide a loaner and ensured my needs were met. Vehicle repaired by master tech (Brian) - awesome guy..! Brian did a wonderful job on explaining (in layman terms) why this part failure caused the concerning problems...! Service manager Josh worked with me as time permitted, and delegated as he should.Overall a great experience at their service department. If I need Service again on my truck, this is where I'll go, even though it's a one hour drive- one way...!

I came in from a oil change and asked if they could check my car because it was hesitating. They said sure for 190 something all most 200.00 just to see what It could be, I said no thanks. When I got home I check to see if they had topped my fluids off and they hadn't and they had not check the pressure of my tires because they were reading four different numbers. Then they tell me to come back they would do it. I live 30 minutes away i could not just come right back. If I can't trust them to do what is required on the paperwork how can I trust them to do anything else. This has happened to me before. I don't want to take my business elsewhere but if I have to I will. I didn't ask for anything extra just do what they put in writing that's all. The ladies at the desk were very pleasant as always. I would give them 5 stars, but service tecks gets a two star they got me done in a reasonable time but that could because they didn't do all that was required.

I live in Virginia but was visiting family in Maryland and decided to check out one dealership in MD before purchasing a new vehicle.3 dealerships, 2 of which were in VA by me. Pohanka got me in a newer SUV at a monthly payment that worked for me. Devin was very knowledgeable and put my mind at ease. I drove back home stress free

Went in for a recall and they had me in and done in a very timely manner. The entire staff and Technician, Brian, and Service Writer, Faye, were excellent and kept me informed as to the progress of my vehicle. Would definitely recommend to friends and Family.Update on 9/5/2023;They performed a recall. They replaced my rear lower control arms. 2 Technicians worked on it to get it done I guess and both were very pleasant and knowledgeable about my vehicle. They had to replace something on the hood latch too. I got the name, Brian, of one of the two Technicians. He seemed to be more knowledgeable than the other but both knew what they were doing. Was only there a few hours and they gave me a shuttle service to the local Mall while waiting. I would have to say I am surprised by such Good service in this day and time. Very Happy with my service.Thank you,Larry Harris

Very disappointed in the way we were handled by Chris and by the guy who dealt with us when Chris was too busy with other important matters. This salesperson knew nothing of the communication between Chris and I pre-visit to the dealership. I understand Pohanka is well known and respected, but this time they messed up. I wish they would have been up front with my son and I before we sat and waited. We told them...stressed to them that my son wanted a used car. Rather than telling us right up front that this wasn't doable as he's a college student with limited income, they had him sit and wait...and brought NEW car information that was wayyyy out of his league at this time in his life...for what? Only to disappoint him with information that should have been relayed at the very beginning? No. That is not the way to do business. Well, one thing is for certain and on a positive note, my son now has experience on what NOT to do when purchasing a car. To the dealership, just be straight-up with folks. That is my concern and the concern expressed to me by my son--"What was that about?! We just wasted our time." Really disappointed by the experience...not that he couldn't get a vehicle...the experience itself.

This Service department is not just 5 stars but they set the bar for every other dealership! From the friendly faces that greeted me when I walked in, to the accommodating free shuttle service, and the complimentary snacks and drinks! They called me with an update of my vehicle and additional recommended services and actually took the time to explain what each item was! YOU GUYS ROCK!

My 2021 Rogue Sport with just less than 10K miles started with an annoying noise in the back hatch door in April 2023. After several return visits to get issue resolved and with the service department’s persistence with Nissan’s warranty department the back hatch door was finally replaced and the noise is hopefully gone forever. While I still have some reservations about the original dealer which also owns the Snow Hill Autobody shop that I was required to fix the warranty issue, I can’t say enough good things about Josh and the entire service team at Pohanka. They were pleasant and polite through the long process Nissan puts customers through. They stuck to it and we’re very accommodating with vehicles and updates. They were totally there for me for the process.

I called Josh on Thursday 8-9-23 to get information and a recommendation for 4 new tires for my 2018 Nissan Rogue. As usual Josh had the info I needed. Josh.ordered my tires at the agreed upon price. On 4-13-23 I had the tires installed, balanced and an alignment all the way around. All the service I have had at Pohanka has been first class and Josh has always given me the correct information. Chris, our salesman was super friendly, understanding and very determined to provide us with a great deal and that is exactly what we got. Bonus was the above and beyond customer service he provided!!! Financing team was awesome too! Car number 5 with the Pohanka Team….always satisfied!
