Wonderful atmosphere and tons of unique equipment everywhere. Things that could improve would be better water fountains, better basketball courts, more stalls in the bathrooms.

I’m not sure how long I’ve been a member but it’s roughly been abt 2 yrs and I still have nothing but good things to say about this family owned gym. Saying it’s clean is an understatement, the classes offered are for literally any age/gender, and not to mention there’s 2/3+ of every type of workout equipment aiding in never needing to wait. This gym has way more to offer than I’m even mentioning and I highly recommend taking a tour. It also helps having a super cute, short dark haired guy to greet you almost every time you walk in sitting at the first desk to the left. They knew what they were doing putting him there ??

Have been going to this family of gyms for about 3 years now and it has yet to disappoint. The Salisbury facility has just about any piece of equipment you could need for a fairly advanced level of lifting. In addition they offer facilities for numerous martial arts and other sports. The classes are free with the membership and the membership is well priced considering access to all sights. All around best gym in the whole area.

one of the worst gym memberships possible. they somehow ran me up a 300$ bill when i have auto pay on? on top of it all u still expect me to pay it? Negative never again!

It needs more space in the build because It’s too crowded trying to get through so Recommend more space and making sure the equipments are good to use because one of them was making these noise while I was working out. Including the treadmills because one of them was not working well few of them.

This is the best gym in eastern shore area. Just $24 for month and they bill $12 every two weeks. Men's locker has dry sauna.

Horrible. They make it so hard to cancel your membership after the contract. They will bill you 2 and 3 months after you cancel, it's ridiculous. When you cancel, ask your bank for a new card, so that they dont continue to take out fees.Don't be like me, be better. You been warned.
