ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I'll shop online before I spend my money in that store. Three associates, all looked me dead in my face, and said nothing. No offer for help, not even a hello, smile, nod. Nothing. Then one of them was pushing a cart and had the audacity to look at my mother, who was looking at merchandise, as if she was in the way. Never said excuse me. Management needs to do better in the hiring process if they want to remain one of the few stores open at the mall.

I brought my daughter to the Salisbury location to get some shorts, I wanted her to try them on, found out the dressing rooms are permanently closed! They expected me to purchase, take them home to try them and if they didn’t fit to bring them back to exchange for another size..who has time and let alone all the extra money for gas to do all that! I put them items back and won’t be returning!

I’ve been shopping at this store for years always loved the prices the clothing an the options but the owner should really think about going undercover as a customer an shopping at the Salisbury location the items are everywhere nothing is in the right place an the staff are always super rude an impatient you’d think they were the customers. Today I found myself buying my son a few outfits it was close to closing when I seen a rack of Clarence 2 piece sets of course I ran to it just to find every item except like 3 were marked different in price an when I asked the lady at the front her response is “select items are priced for clearance so I kindly state why put them on the clearance she then responded “are you gonna ask questions or are you going to shop?” impatiently an rudely she then kept loudly repeating “I’m so ready to go home” this location has the absolute worse set of staff members for a retail job an that sucks that they are making this store brand look so bad.
Should truly rethink employing the older black woman with grains of blonde rice for hair she overly rude!!! I won’t be returning to this location an I’ll make sure to let my mom groups on facebook know

The clothes are fairly a good price. Although the cashiers have the worst customer service. I’ll say many can agree with the poor service and attitude these employees have.

Your employees are very rude I simply asked them if I could try on my pants and they told me know what an ignorant face while she was eating on the front desk of the cashier and I asked her why because it was reason she said we just don't have them anymore I told her that's why I asked because I haven't been here in a long time so I didn't know she caught an attitude because I asked a simple question and then got the nerve to tell the other associate that I asked about the fitting room when I can hear her talking about.. you your associates don't even greet the people that would be my first and my last I ever come in there

Congested store clothes just stacked on racks. Mixed in.No change rooms.Cashier's are not that pleasant but hey who needs great customer service right.

Had the gate down at 7:20 pm when it saying they closed at 8pm I asked the lady was they closed she said yes. Very unprofessional

this store itself is already tacky & cluttered. i just attempted to go in and grab an item really quick. i was told that i couldn’t proceed because they were closing an our closing an hour early for a “staff meeting”. it’s been multiple occasions that i have came by the store and they are always closing wee hours early it’s ridiculous. not to mention the manager is has a nasty attitude. i asked to speak to her in regards to the situation because they were closing in an hour she basically sent her employee back to me and shut me down instead of handling the situation like a manager should. keep in mind other people were in the store shopping. needless to say i won’t be back the store was already ratchet i will be contacting corporate.

Went there at 6:35 for a dress because their website said closed at 7. Said they closed early but why? When your website says a time you should adhere to it and not just make up hours! Wanted to come in tomorrow at 11 but wondering if you will be open as your website says or if you’ll just make up hours as you go. Asking for a friend...

Lot of good clothing at reasonable prices. The staff needs to have meetings before they open or after they close not during the time they are suppose to be open. Customer should not have to wait when you’re suppose to be OPEN!
