I have gone to the Rite Aid store on Parsons Road in Salisbury MD for several years and have had good experience. I am especially pleased with the elder lady currently at the prescription counter. Professional, knowledgeable, and pleasant to deal with. Great service! You have an excellent employee there!

Pharmacy staff need better training. Customer service is very poor. Overall, the store is very clean and I have never had any issues besides the ones with the pharmacy People who work at the window

LITERALLY ONLY ASKED FOR MY ASTHMA PUMP . Ma’am said ok (..$). I asked again JUST FOR THE ASTMA PUMP. Doctor said I no long needed the others. She continued to charge me for all the medications that was in the itinerary. I’m in drive through) so when I pulled off I noticed the bag was heavy. Looked in and seen it. CALLLLEDDD back cause I just picked my daughter up and I couldn’t get a REFUND.The other medications literally took the food out of my daughters mouth cause I don’t get paid til Thursdays this happened on a Monday . SO THANK YOU FOR HAVING AN ATTITUDE IN THE DRIVE THROUGh. NEXT TIME LISTEN CLOSELY. We live in DE not Salisbury for THIS SPECIFIC REASON. Can’t even travel back home till Thursday . THANK YOU

I have always been pleased with the customer service at this store. The pharmacy is always quick to fill my prescription and even though they are often short staffed, everyone is always pleasant and helpful. ?

They've had issues with wait times the past 2 months of filling my prescription. What set me over is how unfriendly and rude the staff was! Especially the elderly lady associate!

I have had a problem with medication being out of stock. I have been waiting for over a week, calling or stopping in to inquire. The girl said it would be there the next day. It was not. That happened 3 times. I asked if any other local rite aids have it. She shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know. Terrible. This is my health. They should care.

A fine store but the elderly cashier at the pharmacy is extremely slow and incompetent. She works most hours and is terrible at her job. I have been very patient with her but she needs to switched to another position because she is single handed responsibility for 30 plus minute wait times just to pick up a prescription. The other employees all know she is incompetent. She also knows the tension with her coworkers and is quick to comment on it in front of customers. “I would never talk to customers like that” “ I guess I’m always in the way” for non issues. I’m going to change my prescription to another Rite Aid that is farther away just to avoid her. Today I came to pick up script and waited 25 minutes in line. The cashier then told me they would fill after another 5 minutes of her talking to the pharmacist. She said return in 90 minutes. I came back 2 hours later and waited 30 minutes in line and saw her have terrible experiences with 2 customers. When I get to the front of line she takes another 5 minutes to look up my script. Then she tells me it won’t be able to be filled for 2 days. So over an hour of standing in line and nothing. It’s just terrible here. I honestly fear that she will see this review and purposely ruin my script in some way. Going to stand in line for 30 plus minutes 2 days from now hoping to get my script.

My experience with this particular store isn’t very good. They are slow by all means. Just today alone I tried calling the pharmacy 15 times and not once did anyone pick up the phone. I live across town and didn’t want to ride over if My Brothers medicine wasn’t ready. I finally gave up. That doesn’t count how many times I have called in the past week or two. I went into the store earlier today and saw at least two pharmacist and the cashier and at least 3 other people. So at least one of those people could have answered even if it was to put me on hold.That’s just poor customer service. That’s why I left Rite Aid pharmacy in general a long time ago.

Went in for second shingle shot, new covid-19 as well as RSV shot. From the time I walked in I was greeted by very friendly customer service and then awesome pharmacy staff as well as the pharmacists. They all rock!
