Great service. A couple of suggestions... Clean the carpet. At least vacuum the carpet. It's filthy. Better yet, replace the carpet and keep it clean. Clean the supply and return registers. They are filthy. Really, the ceiling tiles and grill should all be replaced. It's pharmacy. Keep it clean.
