Tracey was amazing, she accommodated our group of 5 very last minute at 7:20 . Her son and husband came in to help and they all stayed late to help us. Nails and toes looked great!

They were a little busy when I came in but I didn’t mind waiting since I wasn’t in a rush. When they finally did start working on me, another woman came in and both of the employees started working on her instead and left me sitting and waiting once again!! If you’re not a regular don’t bother trying to become one.

I went to Royal Nails & Tan on this past Saturday and was very disappointed in my experience with the owner and her services. I was blindsided by the price after she finished my gel pedicure that didn't look that satisfying! The store wall sign said, $40 for pedicure so I assumed that was the cost. When I went to pay she said, that's $75, I was blown away! I stated, for what! I only got my eyebrows and gel pedicure done. She explained, that I got gel, scrub, wet towel, and massage. I told her I was not aware of all those things cost extra being there is no sign that states any additional cost for those things and it was no explain. She said, oh it's included. It's a shame because most all nail salons have a list of prices of different options but this lady has none and you're blindsided at checkout. To make my experiences at this nail shop worse, I had to return 4 days later for the owner lady to fix one of my gel pedicure toes. The gel had lift up and half came off. We all know a gel pedicure should last a month. I've never had an issue with my gel pedicures at any other nail shop but this one! When I walked in to get my messed up toenail fixed, she asked if I could come back in a half hour because she was very busy. I said, okay but quickly returned due to the fact that I would probably be waiting even longer cause more people probably would be there waiting too! I told her I decided to sit and wait and she just smiled. As she was fixing my toe and pointed out two other toes I felt should be fixed because they were trying to peel up as well. She told me I would have to pay extra if I wanted the other two fixed! What!! Are you crazy, you messed it up! I highly recommend you to stay far away from this salon and I wish I had checked her reviews first! Ladies! Please stay away!

They are always friendly and welcoming . They provide a wonderful service too! Their methods leave my skin feeling smoother for longer after my pedicure compared to other local nail salons I’ve tried.

Tracy is amazing. She stayed late to do my nails while finishing up other other 4 wonderful ladies pedicures and was still so super quick and efficient. Talked to me about my kids and life, allowed my friend to bring my boys in to go potty even tho they were technically closed. Gave good life advice but still did amazing on my nails. Did a special new design i had never seen before and 4.5 weeks later and i just lost one last night, no lifting nothing, and i normally start picking at 2 weeks bc im used to lifting or breaking after 2 weeks. And did my eyebrows amazingly, just as good as my grandma(who normally does them but havent been able to get to her). I got numerous numerous compliments. I was treated as tho i was family, just like when i go to my grandmas to get my hair done. Was so relaxing.

She stayed late to do my nails, did a new er design, did an amazing job on my eyebrows,and here we are 4.5 weeks later and i literally just lost one. They still look brand new.

went to the salon to get a gel manicure & a regular pedicure! when i went to pay the bill she (owner) charged me $95.00! yep you read right! i have never paid for such an outradish price in all the years that i have been having manicure & pedicures! with in 3 days the manicure was chipping & the nail broken! I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS RIP OFF PLACE! WORSE MANICURE & PEDICURE EVER & SOAKED ME FOR THE PRICE! JUST HAD THE WORKS DONE AT ANOTHER SALON & PAID $60.00
