Unreasonable fee model. Must remove lock and clear out unit the. Report it not in use within 10 days of the 5th of the month. If you remove the lock they threaten to charge you for a replacement lock and to put a new lock on it for you within 2 days. There is no reason they cannot rent out the old unit again the day it was confirmed no longer needed by the customer and it was empty without lock yet they still try to squeeze another month out of you.
