Service opened promptly at 7. Was greeted professionally and friendly. Service rep was thorough in understanding what services were to be addressed. Waiting area was very clean and comfortable. Services were completed in a timely manner.

Great experience. Rick, Tara and Joey were awesome. Stopped in to look at options and inventory. Rick was extremely knowledgeable and got me into the truck I wanted. Excellent team at Pohanka Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram!

The service concierge was very polite and helpful. The atmosphere in the waiting room is nice. But I only gave three stars because when I received my vehicle, I wanted to check the oil level in the engine and found the dipstick was 3 inches hanging out of the dipstick tube. That is not first class service.
