“Awesome experience! I brought my 21 year old vw golf tdi for engine diagnosis as it was running poorly and noisy. The service tech meticulously went through the engine and made a video showing and explaining the issues. I was given a detailed estimate for repair. The cost for the detailed diagnosis was quite reasonable.
Also received a call from them the next day asking if I had a any questions or concerns. Everyone was very friendly and professional.
Highly recommend!
Updated 8/24/26: Although I wouldn't change anything about my experience, I feel like I should add that my car's issues were misdiagnosed by Pohanka. Their conclusion was that it was a bad turbo, which I decided not to have the repair done due to the cost. I ended up selling the car to someone that my husband knew and they were well aware of the diagnosis of a bad turbo. So they replaced the turbo and the issue remained. Then they decided the issue was a bad camshaft - which was checked at Pohanka and I was told it was good. They replaced the camshaft and the issue was resolved. So the car had a bad camshaft, not a bad turbo - exactly the opposite of Pohanka's diagnosis.”
“My boss sent me here, she swears by Clyde's, and even though they weren't able to fix my air-conditioning, because my car is a hybrid and the parts you can only get at a dealership, they did fix my high beam and the price was great and even explained to me exactly what was wrong with my air conditioning, why they couldn't fix it and how the particular mechanic I spoke to is working on trying to get trained in hybrid cars so they can better assist in the future which to me was huge knowing that even though they couldn't help me they are taking the steps to be able to help others in the future. I'll definitely come back for basic things like an oil change or when I get a different vehicle. Truly wonderful”

“Just had exterior restoration completed by Kelly’s collision on my 2010 Dodge Challenger SRT8. Met with Bob and explained all of the work I needed including rebadging, and extensive molding work and he gave me an excellent price for the job. Bob is a true professional and knows what the hell he is doing and runs the shop to a T. I can’t be happier with work he and his crew did on my car!”
“Awesome. I needed my oil changed badly. Was at 3% cause, oops been busy and forgot about that chore. Went 1st to the Chevy dealership by Lowe's. What they wanted to charge was a lot more than Jiffy Lube, and the Chevy place told me it takes an hour and a half for the oil change. Huh? I've never spent more than 40min waiting for an oil change. And when I made the appt, no one told me an hour an a half. Nope. Not doing that. So drove across town and there was Jiffy, all ready to go. I was in and out in about 10min and even with new wiper blades, still saved over $50 going there. Everyone was very nice too. It was well worth the drive across town today.”

“I brought a spare tire from my travel trailer to Mr Tire, to break the old dry rotted tire and purchase a new one to be mounted on the rim. There was no issues, they had the same tire in stock and called me later in the day that it was ready. The tire I purchased was very well priced, and mounted and balanced to my satisfaction.
