I needed to get the tires replaced on my Yamaha V Star 950 Tourer. I had purchased the bike in Baltimore and wanted to have the tires replaced here in Salisbury. I checked the internet and read the reviews concerning Shore Cycles. The reviews were good. So I called and made the appointment. I dealt with Alex. He was pleasant and professional.
He preordered the tires and had my bike in and out in about 1/2 of a business day. At the same time he also inspected the bike, free of charge, for any additional issues. He made recommendations concerning any additional work needed, without being pushy. If you need service work on your bike. I would highly recommend them.

I had a great experience buying from Shore Cycles. I'm a small distance away so did a lot of pre-sale communication over phone calls and email. James and Tyler were very accommodating and informative. On-site to buy, James and Alex handled all my exhaustive questions courteously and demonstrated a great knowledge base about their products. Would definitely recommend and would purchase from them again. FYI in addition to pre-owned bikes they also have parts, gear, etc plus some lines of new equipment.

Seemed like a nice place nice inventory I bought a tube somehow another had holes in it they wouldn't return it I really hate that I think the service could have been better
This is my updated review of shore cycle sales. James the owner reached out to me and sent me a new Sedona tube as he says when you come in that tube was bad from the factory Shore Cycles should have replace it. So I really appreciate that, I believe you went the extra mile, so I changed my review from a three-star to a five star. Best wishes on your endeavors! B

Good spot to go too, they hooked me up with tube/tire install on a 16’ wheel quick! Saved me from pinching a tube and throwing tire spoons! Appreciate the help guys! 🤙

Over the last couple of years I have needed work on our Kymco scooters. The staff at Shore Cycles is courteous, responsive and the work is always done correctly. I also feel their prices are fair especially compared to other shops. I definitely recommend them for your cycle needs.

I am absolutely impressed with this place. We came down for bike week and my 03 Honda Shadow needed a new chain. Called out and spoke to Alex and he not only had the chain in the next day but had it on and ready to ride by the time we were done eating lunch. The guys here are super friendly, very knowledgeable, and are focused on customer satisfaction. Highly recommend checking them out! Thank you so much for getting me back up and running!
