Erin was a huge help with helping my wife and I find the best fit for our sleep. She went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied and happy before we left. She was very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. I highly recommend everyone and anyone that struggles to sleep, do to the bed they sleep on, to go to sleep number and let Erin help you find the best fit. I dealt at the Sleep Number store in Salisbury, MD with Erin Fisher, a long-time employee of Sleep Number. While I have always had a very positive experience with the Sleep Number personnel across the 25+ years I’ve enjoyed my Sleep Number beds, Erin was superlative. She is knowledgeable, listened to my current sleep needs, has been helpful, available, patient, pleasant and extremely personable. I am delighted with my new purchase and looking forward to improved quality sleep. I know I can contact Erin should a need arise and am confident she will assist me in an amiable, professional manner. Also will add, the two gentleman from Sleep Number who delivered and set up my new bed were on time, helpful, pleasant and experienced.

I purchased my sleep number adjustable bed when my husband had his stroke.
Rehab taught me how to make him more comfortable by putting his head all the way upright to make it easier to swing his legs out of bed and get him standing without straining my back .
When I put him in bed for the night I can raise his feet to have him use his solid foot to help push himself up to the head of the bed, again without straining my back. This bed is everything I had hoped for and more, it has made our life so much easier and the foot warmer is amazing!!

Erin is wonderful! I can’t recommend her highly enough. My husband was a tough case but she was patient, knowledgeable, funny, helpful and not pushy at all. We love her and feel we could stop by the store any time with questions.

I needed to upgrade my Sleep Number bed after 20+ years. I originally bought one due to lower back pain, which it resolved. So I knew I wanted another one and didn't consider other options.
I worked with Brian at the Salisbury store. He was very patient and helpful. He helped me find the perfect bed.
I figure the money spent is well worth it especially if it addresses pain and lasts years.
