I stopped by the lab to have blood drawn. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. Miss Diamond, the phlebotomist, was a true professional. She was so personable, yet fast. And best of all she got me in one stick. A wonderful experience.

I went to have blood work done today and unfortunately they weren't able to do it there. However, Lucy, Diamond and Bridget went above and beyond calling other locations and figuring out exactly where i could go to get me specific test done. They went the extra mile to help me in what could have been a stressful situation. Im very appreciative to them

Sitting here waiting while three people who work here walked by and ignored us. We are the only people in the waiting room. My son is 6 and has to use the restroom but there is no restroom in the waiting room and no one is helping us. I have to pick my other child up by 2:50 from school, but I guess my time doesn’t matter?

I was terrified to get my blood taken. I knew I needed about 10 tests and I am a very hard stick. I told Summer about my difficulty in blood draws throughout my life and it never waivered her confidence in her ability to draw my blood. She got the 2nd stick from a vein most can not over the past 10 yrs. Both sticks were painless. The 1st stick she got but my blood was coming slow then stopped. I would definately recommend this lab and especially Summer. Thank you for having her on your staff. She helped me feel so much better and Im glad Ill be in good hands if I ever need labs in the future. Thanks again. (I was supposed to get bloodwork at my ob 1 mo ago. I even had to give up as they stuck me 7 times with no success and it was excrutiating. So glad to have a diff experience then that here!!)

I am a 5-year breast cancer survivor. For 3 years, I had my blood drawn every 3 months, and now I have it done every 6 months. My veins are notoriously difficult to find, and there have been times when I was poked 3-4 times before they resorted to drawing blood from my wrist. This often left me with bruises and burst veins.
Today, I came in for my blood draw feeling nervous, as usual. However, Christopher H. amazed me by successfully drawing blood on the very first attempt. I was so impressed! He was incredibly kind, efficient, and skillful. I am truly grateful for his expertise and professionalism.

Went in this morning with my mom to translate for her since we heard this clinic has no translators. We were surprised when a really helpful and nice woman attended us, Esmeralda. She spoke Spanish just fine and was really sweet and reassuring to my mom, since she always gets anxious at any medical sites. She gave doctor notes as needed and did her job quickly and efficiently. After grabbing our number at the front, we were seen really quickly! We came in at about 9 am and left 20 minutes later! There was an apprentice with Esmeralda, she did my moms blood work and my mom said that maybe she needed a little more practice because it had hurt more than any other time she had gotten blood work done. She was super nice as well though! We were very happy with our visit and will definitely resort to this clinic whenever we need blood work done!

Consistently problem free blood draws, regardless of phlebotomist. Friendly and efficient staff. Often, very short wait.

Amazing staff here! My body did not have the best reaction to getting blood drawn. However, the staff was very caring and kind in this situation. They had me feeling better in no time!

Christopher was amazing! I came in this morning nervous about getting my blood drawn. Christopher was very friendly and made it a very positive experience! He seems very dedicated to his job and does a great job at it!

my name is Ana, and Christopher was so friendly, patient, and caring with my 2 month old daughter today. I came to the family lab somewhat nervous to get her heel pricked, but the staff was very welcoming and made the experience stress free. Christopher seems very dedicated to his job. He’s the best!
