They won't deliver my package which should have been left at my door or in my mailbox. Claimed no one was home when I was in my living room and NO ONE knocked. Just left a paper on my door. Went in (which i am disabled and should not have had to go through all this) they said someone would resend my package today but no one did. I want my delivery. Every time I call, someone says hello and hangs up. I want my items.

Bigotry and racism was unfortunately our experience here today. We came with our newborn on 4/14 10:15am for his first ever passport appointment scheduled at 10:30. The man running the appointments took a white man who was waiting behind us after we waited 40 minutes for our appointment. He didn’t acknowledge us at all. Then he went to count money after helping that man. When approached by a coworker about our appointment he just said “I don’t know, I don’t know when they got here.” And continued counting money. We ended up leaving without any service. This individual is an unprofessional bigot who should be ashamed of himself and should never be in public service. Find yourself a more respectable post office if your family needs any services.

Sent a money order to a debt collector. I handed the mail to the mailman personally. And here we are a month later and the money order never made it. Called the post office. They don't care about my situation. Just a sorry for the inconvenience. So you are telling me I'm at fault because your people can't do their job. This is a shame. Don't reccomend using the post office here in salisbury your mail will not make it where it's supposed to go. I won't use them for anything else.
Update: Now their losing my mail. Your automated system is trash also. Message to management: if your people aren't going to do their jobs correctly FIRE THEM! And you wonder why you got 2 stars.

The old guy delivering mail on Glen height new development housing needs to retire, he keeps messing up and putting people’s mails in other people’s mail box this is so bad, and am tire of dealing with this! I have called the post office several time to put in A complaint but nothing is being done about it! And I keep missing my mails smh 🤦🏽♀️

As of today Saturday August 3rd I went their with my12 DAYS old son (yes 12 days old newborn) and waited for them to open from 9:30am a line of people started to form and people were waiting even before 9:30 and no one helped them till now 10:20am. 50 minutes and they didn’t open their windows claiming that they don’t have clerks to do the job. People time is valuable as much as yours. This act is absolutely not acceptable and justified from such an organization. At least post a note or something apologizing for the inconvenience. A complete waste of time.

Held mail while away is normally handled perfectly with mail delivered and normal delivery resumed.
Internet based “hold” process and email confirmed delivery details all went as expected.
But this is first time I had to check/pickup mail that had mistakenly been retained at post office.
Mostly, want to thank Maria for correcting issue; finding my mail, and resuming delivery service. The post office was very busy, and she did a great job of helping me. Much appreciated.
I continue to regularly receive great, friendly service at this post office location.

So today I went to the post office was told by an employee there five minutes earlier to specifically go to the door and ask for her when I arrived. I did that and the gentleman that works at the cash register at the front desk told me I had to wait, this place is a joke. They are worthless. They have no respect. I literally had to literally pick something up and leave. They have power issues or something. The gentleman does not need to be working There if they can’t handle simple task like handing someone a package that he had already because the women’s specifically gave it to him sorry excuse for an employee
