This post office charged me twice for a passport service. The associate could not figure out how to refund the transaction, and indicated to dispute it with my bank. I promptly disputed it the same day and a month later is was denied. I called the post office several times after and they indicated someone would get back to me. No-one ever did. I have disputed the second transaction and followed up again with no help to get this resolved. BEWARE

I couldnt find the category for this but all week I have been receiving everyone else mail that lives on or around my street. The mail carrier is clearly not paying attention to the addresses I’m around the Dennis street and Richmond Ave on the west side of town. I usually just take it next door but I’m receiving mail for those who live at the other end of the street or the next street over. And I’m missing some mail that I feel may have been delivered to the wrong address.

Nice customer service, but if the internet or phone service tells you to pick up a package here that requires a signature, promptly ignore that, save your quarter for parking and head to the post office on 50

Went to try and find a package that had been lost. I had good reason to think it might have been re-routed to this post office. I had already called the main branch twice and told it wasn't there. The gentleman working the counter didn't even look for the package. He just told me to go to the other post office. Additionally, the exterior is not well marked, the hours are terrible, and there is no place to park.
