Absolutely amazing service! Quick to come help get me towed after my entire wheel came off my car, even went above and beyond and put the wheel back on after finding it on the side of the road late at night. I am not from the area and was driving through so I am beyond thankful for everything Hank did!

Very prompt and professional service! Called them for a tow to a mechanic, and Mike was here within an hour. He explained everything he was doing, and made sure not to scratch or damage my car in any way while loading and unloading from the flatbed truck, and at a very reasonable rate too!
I 100% recommend Williams Towing and will give them a call next time I need them!

Prompt service with amazing compassion! The owner, Hank could not have been more accommodating and arrived at the scene within 10 minutes. I had already been sitting on the road broken down for over an hour after a AAA call that wasn't arriving.... He even drove me back to my home over 30 miles away after dropping my car off at my mechanic. It was early evening, raining buckets and my car broke down on the side of BUSY route 50. I was a little scared being out there by myself waiting....but when friendly service with a smile and compassion for others arrived, I was so relieved & felt safe !! This kind of generosity does not exist in other towns. This business is locally owned and family operated. I will be referring him to everyone.

Had an attack of stupid and left an interior light on in my car. It needed a jump, and the truck arrived super fast.I was on my way in a few minutes, and really appreciate the speedy and professional service.

Top notch customer service.The dispatcher that answered the phone seemed harsh at first but quickly offered help. A truck showed up in 10 minutes, thank God they were close. My vehicle was on the truck and headed off within 5 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend Williams Towing 100%.

I was so impressed by the service I received at William’s Towing. The staff was so kind and helpful from start to finish. I had tons of questions, and they answered every single one with a smile. One employee even made a special trip to help me get a stubborn plate off of my car.
