Incompetent billing and service. Avoid them at all cost. Ended service with them due to continued poor service with a zero balance due yet they incompetently referred the account for collection when nothing was due them. Tried calling them but no one ever answered after being on hold for 58 minutes

Highly unprofessional staff right up to the manager. Laughed when Comcast online customer care tech said I could take my device back there. And they all laughed and said that they don't have to do that.

We were there to separate one account servicing two different households to two separate accounts which could have ended very messy but the technician (Jeremiah) was very tech savvy, his range of skill and knowledge was very instrumental in getting us out of the store in no time and able to enjoy the rest of our day.

The only thing worse than the service reliability is the terrible customer service xfinity offers. Down right deplorable. I suspect there is some unethical business practices at play here and if I had millions of dollars or any political influence I would have the company investigated for fraud.
use a different service

My recent dealings with Xfinity Mobile over the past two years have been 'Hit or Miss,' experience. With a three-day streak of inconsistent service. It truly depends on the representative you get, yet all employees represent Xfinity as a whole. It’s frustrating that Xfinity is so quick to send out survey requests, like: 'Hi, Xfinity here! Please provide feedback on your most recent experience... How likely are you to recommend Xfinity to friends & family? Reply from 0 Not at all Likely to 10 Extremely Likely.' They want a review, but they need to ensure consistent quality first. ⭐

don’t waste your time or money. Bold face lies. They take your money up front and then bill you later for something you never agreed to. The sales people have absolutely no idea what’s going on.

I have never left a bad review for any establishment , but on this I must. I have been an Xfinity customer for over 30 years. To say much of my experience with the company over the years has been a nightmare would be putting it lightly. I did not think anything could top their horrible phone Customer Service, but my two visits to their N. Salisbury store took the cake . I was frustrated with my first visit but my visit last week was even worse. A bored, dismissive employee shuffled papers unrelated to me the entire time I tried to talk to her. She was dismissive, curt, border line rude and avoided eye contact. No welcome greeting or may I help you when I walked in and no thank you when I left. The employees seem more interested in their side conversations than customers. I kept my cool even though the day before I learned of my husband’s terminal, short term cancer diagnosis and one look at my face could show anyone I was distraught. I wanted to knock her stack of promo papers on the floor and yell out a few unkind things when I left, but I did not. You should not expect someone to have to be a 73 year old senior for them to act with good manners. I am not even sure why this store is even open. My next stop was to the S. Salisbury AT&T where I received service that went above and beyond. Goodbye and good riddance, Xfinity cell. I should have cut the cord a lot sooner.
