Good luck in dealing with Xfinity Store by Comcast, (CONcast) THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM!!? CHECK THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU BEFORE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! I had to wait over 3+ hours to get new XFINITY MOBILE service! William deserves 1 star! NOT ALL 'UNLOCKED PHONES' ARE COMPATIBLE ON XFINITY MOBILE!! I'VE BEEN TOLD THAT MY VERIZON SAMSUNG S23, AN ALMOST $1,000 PHONE IS NOT COMPATIBLE ON THE XFINITY MOBILE NETWORK. UNBELIEVABLE!!!
AND, THERE'S ONLY (14 DAYS) TO RETURN UNWANTED EQUIPMENT! Xfinity mobile trys to insist that you must have a credit card on file in order to do business with XFINITY MOBILE! EVERYONE MUST KEEP AN EYE OUT ON THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY ? YES, it appears that they've changed their name from [Xfinity Store by Comcast] to Xfinity Mobile, You have been warned!!! ?

The thing do not like about XFinity is you can no longer talk to a live person unless you go through their chat/text message system. What happens if you are old and don’t know how to do that. I feel like I am wasting my time. I am very close to pulling everything I have with XFinity out. Which would be cable tv land line and my mobile phone. If they are too big to answer phone calls then they won’t care if they lose one customer. I don’t like talking to robots who have never been able to answer my questions. You can’t even call their stores to ask anything but I bet Verizon and AT&T will!!! Linda

I am so sick and tired of calling and NEVER being able to speak to an actual person. I need to change my plan and all I get is an automated bitchmachine. Suggesting that going in to the store really helps, then there need to be more offices. Closest one to me is 40 min. How is a person supposed to work to pay for the over inflated cost of the service when they will have to take off work just to fix the problems that they are having? Please answer me that.

Highly recommend you ask for JJ when you come in. He's been here since the store opened and is now the manager. My favorite thing about him is that he doesn't try to sell you the most expensive thing, but he asks questions to try and see what would work best for you. Helped me again today with a phone replacement. Thank you JJ love your store!!

I purchased a iPhone 16 pro 10/5/2024 and I had the most frustrating time trying to backup material and wanted to give up . But Keyonna was so considerate& caring and help my issue so fast & easy and most of all she was patient . She really is a good example of what customer service should be in a sense her core values was outstanding, I would recommend her to help anyone. Thanks again

Went to add cable last month. When they added it they downgraded my internet speed. Went back to store manager said they would fix it and get it back “as close as possible” to the original price. Found out that they put it on a 2 year contract. Went to store 2.5 hours and still haven’t be able to speak to a manager. Bout to just tell them to shove. It and switch to Verizon home internet. Rather slower speed than be looked down on.

Charles is such a great rep for this location. He was very patient with me when I was concerned about pricing! He took his time until I was comfortable. Give him a raise and promotion training others.

Don’t do business with this store if you want things right. I was told how important my business was to them but have been ghosted by my representative to complete my ordering process. I had to call the corporate office also another sales team with Comcast/Xfinity due to items not yet shipped that were ordered. JJ was the representative with this Salisbury md location worked hard to get the sales but hasn’t called me back when they didn’t order the correct iPhone nor did I receive my 9 tablets under a promotion. I have been told they are on back order then told they were sitting in the system because the guy JJ that took the order did not process correctly. They told me if he would had processed correctly and stayed on top of this order as he should had I would not be having these issues. He only wanted to sale of 10 phones and 10 tablets. Well I’m not done with this I am going to complain to every department that I can get ahold of. Customer service is your job JJ all you needed to do is call your customer back and keep them informed. I would not have a business if I ran it the way they do at this location. Big thumbs down don’t waste your time.

Reciver broke drove 45 minutes to Salisbury drove 45 minutes home hooked up new receiver didn't work drove 45 minutes back to Salisbury You need to make sure your equipment works and not assume because it is wrapped up.

I came back to revisit my review. A couple bad apples shouldn’t spoil someone’s else review At this store I received outstanding service . Due to Keyonnas quick thinking and great customer service skills .
She knows her job . Gets you in and out. And makes you feel extremely welcomed in a store .
Others need to truly follow keyonnas example on how to represent Xfinity brand better.
I guess when you know better you do better .

I had been trying to reopen service but had some issues with an older account. JJ, the manager, took excellent care and helped me reduce my internet bill for my new plan. Please come and see this store as opposed to calling in, the service is miles better. Thank you JJ and team!
