Work was clean and professionally done. Took forever, but that was all due to the slow permitting process with the city. I couldn't imagine if I had to do it on my own

All Aspects recently installed a sump pump in our basement and re-did our window wells because the basement of our old house kept flooding with water with heavy rain and we were tired of mopping it out. This project required digging up the entire perimeter of our basement and installing tubing all the way around our basement to the new sump pump and installing new window wells that were much deeper than the old ones. The team was excellent! They were detail orientated, made sure to clean everything up each day, and were careful not to damage our landscaping. The team lead was very experienced and knowledgeable and walked us through each step. He even told us about additional things we could do in the future to ensure our basement stays dry. We plan on having them come back in a few years to do more water proofing when we're ready to finish our basement. The price was fair and there was no pressure when we met with their sales member. If you're tired of a musty, moldy basement that needs to be mopped out with each heavy rain don't hesitate to call All Aspects Waterproofing.

10/10! I have already started recommending All Aspects Waterproofing. A huge thank you to Clarence and his team! He had great communication throughout the whole process. A lot of companies will try to scare you into purchases and upsells. So it was very refreshing to hear the genuine transparency Clarence provided us when providing guidance on the services we need. Clarence has well over a decade of experience in the waterproofing industry and went above and beyond when investigating our leak issue. I was sold before Clarence left my house when providing the estimate. The stamp of approval was when my *highly* anxious dog came and sat under the table while Clarence was making his recommendations - she NEVER comes out when guests are over. I could write a book lol. So if you made it this far in my review, I 100% recommend All Aspects Waterproofing. I recommend requesting Clarence and his team. I am very sure the other teams are great but this is who I worked with directly. Thanks a million

Staff did some work on our basement. They were all incredibly easy to work with and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and were very responsive. The workers did a great job and were very informative.

Jeff was great and very knowledgeable about all aspects to give us peace of mind. We didn’t need anything but he was able to give us honesty which is much more important rather than selling us something. Great company with great people!

All Aspects inspector/estimator would give no estimate until he was sure where the water was coming from. He felt that it was coming from a broken water pipe, not my foundation. I didn’t need his company - I needed a good plumber. He was correct - a plumber found a broken pipe exactly where All Aspects said it would be. I am very grateful for the expertise and honesty I received from All Aspects.

Very professional. Company monitored it’s team on site. On time and communication was great. Great cleanup afterwards. Very clean install. Price was higher than others but you get what you pay for with this company. And your home is something you want done perfectly.

I called a few companies and found All Aspect to be the most knowledgeable and helpful. Clarence met me at the house & was very nice and walked me through the process. The install crew was just a good-very nice and one time. Once the job was completed, they cleaned up all the mess and looked as if they were not there. Colin

All Aspects installed a sump pump in our basement last month (May 2024). Upon arrival, the head contractor asked where we would like to install the pump. I asked for his recommendation and he advised that it be installed in a far corner of the basement. At no time did anyone mention that this particular location would require a new electrical outlet or that we would be responsible for the outlet installation. If we had known that an additional outlet would be required, we would have selected a location that did not require a new outlet. It was not until the work was completed that All Aspects told us that 1) we had to hire and pay for an electrician to install a new outlet, and 2) the sump pump inspection could not be completed until this was done. When I followed up with All Aspects about the above, they acknowledged that the sales person should have clarified the outlet installation process verbally and in writing. So, All Aspects admitted that they did not communicate well but are seemly unwilling to rectify the situation. Based on this experience, I would not recommend using All Aspects for sump pump installation.

I had a great experience using All Aspects Waterproofing to waterproof my basement. I had a full perimeter French drain installed, two sump pumps, and a new cellar walkout drain. I had also been dealing with an unrelated issue with water collecting on my patio that they were able to offer a unique solution to that saved me time and money by not having to replace my patio.
Everyone at the company who I dealt with with courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. Clarence, who came out to do our assessment and estimate, made everything included in his estimate easy to understand. I received three estimates for the job and All Aspects was not only the most affordable, but also was the most thorough in terms of the services they provided. I appreciated the fact that it was obvious during the estimate that Clarence was someone with a vast knowledge of the work that needed to be done, and not a salesperson who was more interested in profit rather than providing value to the customer.
The work was completed by Eliel and his team, and I can't say enough good things about my experience. All of his team members were polite, professional, and above all efficient. The entire project was completed in only two days but they did not sacrifice the quality of their workmanship to do so. Eliel was great at explaining everything that went on during the project.
I would definitely choose All Aspects for any similar work in the future, and would recommend them to my friends and family.

All Aspects Waterproofing did an excellent job waterproofing out basement. The were easy to work with and communicative. After receiving numerous very high priced quotes, it was refreshing to have a company tell me the exact problem and the ideal solutions to it. They were not interested in selling a bunch of unnecessary products. There was no pressure on making a decision. The work crew was extremely professional and respectful. They left our basement and property exactly how they found it.
