Top notch experiences with Fulton Armory!
From their e-commerce website to their live customer service; and from the quality of the products themselves to follow up after purchase… this is an incredibly good company.
There’s not one single thing they can do better with – everything is just top-notch.
Yes, there is a wait when things are built to order – but I guarantee you the wait is worth it because of the flawlessness of how those products operate.
I would easily put this company up there with top-tier brands for both quality and support after the sale.

Need to be clear that I have never taken the time to do reviews but can’t help but share my experience with Fulton Armory. First heard of them at the CMP Nationals at Camp Perry way back around 2004. Bought an amazing H&R when CMP first started selling them at Perry. Only problem was a terrible trigger. Walked in the Fulton Armory vendor building, met Rich and he offered to clean it up for me and promised to have it done in time for the match. Did an amazing job and I shot my first gold medal! Back then, Rich and his guys worked on my sisters and my buddy’s Garand with very impressive results. For the next few years at Perry we would stop in to show off our Garand match medals and thank Rich for his help. Fast forward to last year (2024) at Perry. Unfortunately haven’t been there for about 17 years and had a new Garand with a new barrel. Had all kinds of problems on the line from the rear sight spring broken and unable to properly chamber a round. Rich was completely booked with work but insisted that I bring the gun to him after hours so he could get to the bottom of the issues. I was there and watched him work until 9:30 that night until he was satisfied with the proper fit, function and timing. Just need to share that you don’t see service, caring and attention to detail anything close to this these days. Rich and his guys have my highest recommendation and respect! Top shelf guys, top shelf service, top shelf products!!

My gunsmith sent them a Springfield M1A for them to look at and they send back a quote for parts that it 100% doesn't need and even parts that were replaced with other parts ON PURPOSE to mount a scope. To top it all off, they said that my barrel, which has less than 200 rounds through it, was shot out. The gun was purchased brand new from an FFL. I personally checked my barrel after every time I shot it and it was perfect. They are either scammers, incompetent and don't know what a worn out barrel looks like, or they mixed my barrel up with a worn out one. Absolutely crazy that they are trying to say a barrel is worn out on a gun that was bought BRAND NEW and has less than 200 rounds put through it. They even put on the quote that I need a flash suppressor which was literally removed to mount an actual suppressor. They said I need a rear sight and other rear sight parts that, again, were removed ON PURPOSE to mount a scope. Hell, they even said I need new parts that for where the magazine is inserted and I've NEVER had any issues with inserting a magazine.. because.. the gun in question.. is was bought BRAND NEW with LESS THAN 200 rounds through it. These people used to be good, but now, they are just straight up scammers. Don't waste your time sending them your parts because, honestly, I don't even trust that they will send me back MY ACTUAL barrel and not send me back a worn out one because they got caught trying to scam. On the quote they sent my gunsmith (which was $2,400 when the new gun wasn't even that much) included LITERALLY EVERY SINGLE PART ON THE GUN even the small parts like pins and other random small parts. Almost EVERY SINGLE PART except the action. Again, this is a Springfield M1A bought BRAND NEW from an FFL, the gun worked perfect until the charging handle was bent by my gunsmith when they removed the factory flash suppressor, AND it has LESS THAN 200 rounds through it. The last time it was fired, I did a quick cleaning to the barrel (not a deep clean) and VISUALLY inspected the barrel and it, of course, looked brand new.. because it is. Oh and, when I shot it, it grouped about 2-3 inches at 100 yards. Again, they are either woefully incompetent, mixed my barrel up with someone else's, or (what I believe) are straight up scammers. I vote for them being scammers due to them not only saying the gun needs literally ALL PARTS that I've never had an issue with and are brand new, BUT saying it needs parts that were purposely taken off the gun to install a scope and to allow a suppressor to be installed.

I've sent in four M1 trigger assemblies for their trigger clean up and it was amazing how consistent each one was done! A perfect and predictable clean break release. These folks are true artisans in their craft. I highly recommend them if you need gunsmithing done on your historic weapons.

Excellent communication during rebuild. I feel I received a great deal trading in some parts towards my bill. The build is solid and meticulous. Would highly recommend ??

Ordered a custom barrel assembly from them. They walked me through every component to make sure it was exactly what I was looking for. The process was very smooth, and they were very knowledgeable and helpful. Will certainly be going to them first for any future builds.

Never been there, but I've had them do work on some of my rifles. High quality craftsmanship and good customer service from my experience. They're my go to when it comes to M1As, without question.

If you are looking for the most accurate, highest quality military firearms, look no further!! I am a gunsmith who buys a lot of stuff from Fulton Armory for my builds and am very impressed. I just recently bought a barreled upper receiver for M1 carbine and, compared to all other m1 carbines I've ever seen, this is the finest! Their customer service is EXCELLENT! They are arguably the best as far military match rifles go.
