She made the process of selecting quartzite slabs seamless and stress-free, and ensured that all details were documented and communicated efficiently to my kitchen remodeling company, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. I came in twice to see different patterns and slabs. I love looking at granite and it's pretty much always beautiful but, the granite here just looked a little bit nicer than the other warehouses I went to. Specifically, I worked with Mayara who was super helpful and let us see all 4 slabs we were interested in to decide which would go in our kitchen. They were organized with their hold system, supported both walk ins and appointments. They also offered to auto extend our hold in case there were any delays if it expired and no one else had a back up hold. We didn't need that but everywhere else we went seemed to be much more wild west about placing holds and trying to get your slabs.

The entire staff at Gramaco was exceptional - especially Isabella. She took her time with us, answered all of our questions and never pressured! Will be returning!!!

We had a great experience at Gramaco for three reasons: 1) Mayara - friendly, patient, knowledgeable staff member and excellent customer service, 2) the widest selection I’ve ever seen, and 3) a super convenient and efficient system of QR codes they instantly organized all our options and sent us an email of pictures to review later. Brilliant. Mayara was incredibly patient and sweet with our 2-year old too, who was tagging along.

I've been to Gramaco 3 times in the past year. The showroom is clean, well-organized, and has a large variety from which to choose. Everyone is professional and polite. Gramaco did not have the quantity of stone needed for my project, but Giovana kept me informed via email when additional slabs arrived. Giovana answered my emails promptly and was able to answer all of the detailed questions I had about my particular product. If I were to do another home project in which I need stone, I will definitely return to Gramaco.

Dennis is THE MAN. This was my tenth place attempting to find a slab of granite I liked. I showed Dennis three pictures of what I liked, he showed me so many great options right off the bat. Do yourself a favor, skip the other places. Come here first, talk to Dennis.

I have had such a great experience with Gramaco! It can be so overwhelming to choose stone slabs but this has been the most enjoyable aspect of our renovation! Isabella, Giovana and ALL of the staff were so fantastic in their guidance and service. The selection of stones is unmatched for variety and quality. Best source of beautiful stones!

What a beautiful showroom. They are professional and will make sure that you can see all sides of the slabs that you choose.

I went to several places to look at stone and quartz and Gramaco was the best. Gramaco had both a wonderful selection and great customer service. A customer service representative walks through the warehouse with you and answers questions about products which was very helpful. When I had narrowed my choices, they were able to put two slabs side by side for my comparison. The product information that was provided and the ability to take my time looking at slabs made it a very positive experience. At the end I felt very confident in my choice.
