“Me and my fiancé with our two year old visited SleepNumber and were greeted by DaQuan. He was very approachable and didn’t try to sell us anything while providing us with a great experience! I was so impressed! He was extremely knowledgeable and walked us through everything since it was our first time. We also didn’t feel rushed at any point while we were there. To be honest I was worried it was going to be like when a person goes to a car dealership to buy a car….arrive for one thing, they try to sell you something you don’t want and way outside of your budget and you’re there all day. Our experience at SleepNumber was definitely not that. My 2 year old even spent some time playing with the available toys. Definitely would recommend the store and DaQuan. The bed is also great as well, it took some getting used to but having the ability to control your comfort level especially on those achy back days is a huge plus in my book.”

From the owner, to the in house designer, to the delivery people, we have had a great experience furnishing our home with Su Casa’s unique pieces.We had hired someone who claimed to be a designer (our big mistake) who at least had the good taste to lead us to this store. She took no measurements but insisted we buy several oversized pieces. When I called the owner and explained that some items didn’t seem to fit, he sent out Leslie, Su Casa’s designer to solve the problem. Leslie put together a professional portfolio complete with choices of different side tables, rugs etc. to pull the whole look together. She stayed on top of the project and her response to questions was immediate. The delivery people are friendly and professional. Buying furniture from Su Casa was an enjoyable experience.”

“Forget-Me-Not has been a staple on Main Street since my childhood. I remember it as the "fairy store," the "fae store," the "fantasy store," the "Lord of The Rings store," and the "bubble store." I haven't been inside for years and upon entering, it felt as if I was walking into a fantasy book. The walls of the retail store alone are fantasy-like due to having real natural rock structures showcasing products. As if it was a small castle jampacked of gifts and treasures. The building is three stories high and each room a different realm of gifts. Just when you start to feel a genre of the area you are shopping in, it changes completely! When I was a child, I would come in here for the fairy dresses, wands, rocks and small spell books. Now I come here to smile at the nostalgic items of my past shopping experiences and detour to the jewelry, garden fae products and vintage clothes. There is something for everyone here, I promise.”

She waited plus helped the other colleague from another location to make the sale plus deliver to my address. “Update July ‘24. I had posted a two star review for the reasons below. After posting, someone from the social media response team replied and offered to send me completely new chairs, skipping the repair process altogether. The first delivery yielded one new chair in perfect condition and one that was worse than the chairs I already had. The second delivery brought me another perfect chair, so now I have two, which I really love. I appreciate that Arhaus replaced the chairs, but I waited through several lengthy delivery windows each time, missing work to do so. No discount or anything else was offered during the 5 months and 4 delivery appointments I waited through, but I am glad to have the chairs, so I’m changing my rating to a 4 for the merchandise and the fact that ultimately, the company stood behind it’s product.

We purchased 2 Harvey swivel gliders and 4 swivel counter stools 1.5 years ago. We had a few bumps with delivery, and waited through several delivery windows to get things right. Once we did, we were very happy with our chairs.
A year or so in, though, the swivel glider mechanisms started to become loud and creaky. I contacted Customer Service (CS) in February 2024, and it took a month, but Arhaus sent a tech out to look at them and he said they were faulty. From there, a long, drawn out headache has commenced. I’ve invested a lot of time contacting CS when there hasn’t been timely (or any) follow up from Arhaus for the next step in the repair process, including this past Monday morning going over everything again at length with the agent, who assured me I’d be hearing shortly from the delivery company and also a customer service supervisor, Helena, within the hour. It’s now Friday morning and despite a follow up email I sent on Wednesday, I’ve not been contacted by anyone.
We’ve made purchases in the past few years from several other companies such as Saatva, Pottery Barn and Crate and Barrel, and when we’ve had any issues, all three of these companies have worked very hard to make things right and the process easy. I’m sorry to say that in the 3+ months that I’ve been trying to see if my Arhaus chairs can even be fixed, no one has even apologized for the inconvenience we are experiencing and they no longer seem to be following up at all.”
