The chef explained how he cooked the food and how he used the appliances to cook the dinner as well as how to use them to cook other things that were not included in the dinner. “I have been to most of the Ferguson's but none as busy as this one and yet... the staff were PATIENT/FRIENDLY (they know their customers -kyc on 10!) and especially knowledgeable... I went initally to the wrong location (Fire Suppression) friendly staff said know worries just go up- out - to the right - and their was huge warehouse...for every "wrong" place I went or stood in line - they didn't make me "feel bad" - it was like ok.."rookie" lol..in the end I showed service cashier (I wish I had his name kinda of a large guy who may go to different locations because the customers were super excited to see him back) so I showed him my reference number - and then I asked a question and showed him a picture and the wealth of knowledge came out and HE GOT ME STRAIGHT...I had totally ordered wrong stuff from manufacturer and he went to the same site and found EXACTLY what I needed, recommend a part just in case and said if it doesnt work just bring back! NP... I wish this was my local Ferguson's but I live in DC so unfortunately not close...but if you want knowledge and good service Iam sure they want to keep this place a secret...lol but try and stop in!”
