They should update the schedule as it shows that it is open 24 hours a day as well as in Maps. The times that I have come at night there are always workers but they say that it is closed

Why do they have 24-hour opening hours? I walked by this store today, January 7th, at 3 in the morning, and the clerk told me they were closed. Who should I believe? They must be keeping an eye on this, and it hasn't just happened to me in this store. It has happened to many others, and I also work in the early hours. Let them do their job.

Walked in for cash back. Was told by the person working there they do cash back. I bought something and there machine did not give me a cash back option. They same person refused refund the item I bought, seemed to have me buy something on purpose. The place is also a disgusting mess.

Guy saw me park and waiting at the door with my toddler IN THE COLD ignored us leaving us locked out so he can do other random stuff I assume hoping I leave just looked and qalked away idk if it's cause he wanted to stay talking on the phone so disrespectful I'm disgusted WAITED MINUTES TO OPEN ONLY OPENED CAUSE A MAN ALSO CAME TO SHOP

Today I walk into the 7 eleven store 9464 lanham severn rd seabrock Md, and start to make my purchase, as I was doing so the employee that was cashing me out asked if the slurpee I was buying was for me. He then proceeded to say that I didn't need that, and I said why. He then looks at me a says because you are a big guy and make a gesture of my weight. I was very offended by his comment. His name is , as he says Rauz. I then told him that you are assuming that my purchase is for me. You are wrong for that assumption, and you should not judge a book by its cover. If this is the type of employee that 7 eleven has working for them, they should be fired. I feel that this comment that he made was very racist. I will be taking this matter further.

Customer service is terrible, coffee is not fresh, must terrible things they do allow everyone to work and steal money, such as coffee is sometimes free with 7-Eleven rewards. They are still trying to get money over that.. One of employees from Pakistan around 60 plus years old about 5 feet tall looking like homeless he don't have no respect for the customer he's a thief...Try to avoid the location

Been coming to this 7-11 all my life and no complaints until now i seem to have a problem when i come between the hours of 1-4am the doors are always locked and when i see santos he says wait 10-15 mins now i understand the door being locked for safety but open 24-7 when he sees me he should open the door he does it every single night its so inconvenient when he does that
