I originally switched to this pharmacy because they were quick, kind and didn't really have a problem then. That was a few years back and they have had a great change for the worst recently. They have new people constantly and I don't know if it's the work environment of their manager. Wait times are longer, there is staff there but no one will be working the pick up line, then they give you attitude when you ask for help. They change their times constantly and DON'T let customers know. You have to learn the hard way that they completely close for lunch, (lunch hours change on the fly) and they don't open in time. Every time I go after lunch there's a 10-15 minute wait for someone to open and start up again. They can be late, but you can't. Just recently they changed closing time. They are the only CVS pharmacy that closes at 7 pm in this area. Again, no one sent a text message, which they do often to let you know things are ready for pick up. No one sent mail out, nothing. That is important information. If you have prescriptions there, that are routine you might know about the hour change but if you don't get sick often then tough luck. They used to close at 8 but that was "a long time ago." I was in severe pain, to the point I was throwing up which made it impossible to drive. When I finally felt okay enough to drive up there I found the pharmacy closed and no one willing to help. There were people still there. They don't even open early in the morning either, till 9 am. I hope no one dies waiting on them and their ridiculous hours. Definitely leaving them and finding somewhere new. Go to another CVS if your insurance will only covers you with CVS.

DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACYTook a prescription to CVS in Target at 6100 Greenbelt Road at 10:00 a.m. this morning. Pharmacy tech said it would be ready in an hour. At 2:30, I called to see if it was ready. the pharmacy tech said it was not ready. I asked why not? She said it wasn't ready. I asked to speak to the pharmacist. She put me on hold and no one ever picked up the phone. I drove there still on hold. Told the pharmacist that I wanted to talk to her. Waited another 15 minutes as she was helping someone with a prescription. When it was finally my turn I showed her my phone and said, do you see this? I've been on hold for over 30 minutes, that is your number and no one has picked up the phone. She tried to make excuses that she was helping the other customer for a long time. Told her I didn't want to hear it. I don't care what her excuses were. Sandy, the pharmacist, responded that she's sure he (the other customer) didn't care about my prescription either. She continued to raise her voice, as I did, that she was only one person with one mouth and again stated she's sure he didn't care about my prescription because I kept telling her I don't want to hear it. This is the fifth time (not once, not twice, not three times, not four times but five) that my prescriptions have been messed up, not ready, etc. She argued with me (great customer service) the whole time. Told her I wanted district managers name and number. She threw my prescription down on the counter and then proceeded to help the next customer. She also stated that I should have received a text and I told her I did not. Let's go back to the beginning when I called to see if it was ready and the pharmacy tech told me it was not ready yet the pharmacist stated it had been ready the whole time. Someone is not telling the truth. Talk about not being able to trust the pharmacy. I asked again for district manager name and number. She went back behind where the computers are and called someone and I heard her say I'm only one person with one mouth. (I assume she called her manager.). She came back and said she was not allowed to give that name or number out or the regional manager. I asked her well who do I call to complain about this pharmacy and she said she did not know. Again, great customer service! I told her I would find out on my own.Pharmacy has been going down hill for some time. Save yourself the hassle and go to Giant since they are in the same shopping center.

Seabrook Pharmacy the best

The worst customer service is the pharmacy. They speak rudely to customers, refill prescriptions incorrectly and expect the customer to catch the 'mistake' before they walk out the door. After that the customer has to pay even though the doctor has sent the new prescription! This may seem trivial to some but it's a big indicator of how our elderly and non English speaking citizens are treated by this CVS. I have the option of going somewhere else...some don't.

It literally took me a week to pick up a tube of itch cream. I'm sick of these people wasting my time. Usually I come for a prescription and I'm in and out. For the last week I've been trying to pick up a prescription for my daughter. Day 1 I stand there for 30 minutes before the pharmacist admits he can't understand the prescription my doctor is asking for. I give him the number to call the doctor and ask for himself. He won't even listen to the full message where she says to hold he just tells me she won't answer so I call myself and he tells me he can't talk to my doctor on my phone and that she has to call the pharmacy herself. Luckily the doctor calls ASAP. Dude walks away and leaves the phone ringing for like 4 minutes before he answers. Then it takes him another half hour of tapping on his computer to tell me my insurance won't cover the cost because it's a concoction mixed with an otc medication and that if I want it it'll take 24 hours for him to mix it. I didn't have the money so I came back on Friday when I did. That Friday a female pharmacist tells me it'll only take 15 minutes to get my scrip ready. After 15 minutes of me wandering around the store trying to kill time she calls me and tells me the same nonsense about it taking 24 hours to get the prescription ready so I go home pissed again. The next day I come back AGAIN and did tells me HE CAN'T MIX THE PRESCRIPTION UNTIL I PAY FOR IT! So I say "So it's gonna take you 24 hours again to mix it?" He says "No I'll mix it now. I can do it in 15 minutes. I don't know who told you that 24 hour thing." so now I'm sitting here a good 20 minutes waiting for my prescription. God knows if I'll actually get it this time but I swear I'm never sending a prescription here again!

I have shopped here many times without a problem. Today I had an issue with a mispriced item. The manager resolved my issue. She was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you.

They never have carts or baskets available! The manager needs to order some! Also now they want you to use the self service scanners. I only use those if no cashier is available.

Michele cant be a real customer to this place it is horrible. I had some immigrant new African pharmacist who did not speak English well. He would not accept my cash and spent 10 mins looking for the counterfeit pen. While he does this 15 people are lining up. Really? They look for strips in the light Einstein. I don't see how these substandard trained people come from third world countries and get hired here to do important things. He then got mad because I did tell him he has made a long line. He then refused to give me my medicine after all my waiting time. He said he could do anything he wanted that he did not have to give me my medicine. Really? I asked for his name to make a complaint and he refused to give it to me. He took off his name tag. Then I took his photo for identification and he hid his face with his shirt like a gangster. I have the gangster hiding photo. And CVS never called me back to receive my complaint. So CVS will let these civil war mongering substandard third world gangsters deny you medicine and smart mouth you and do NOTHING about it. WHat kind of pharmacy is this? This is not the third world CVS you are obligated to provide safe and courteous service to people seeking medicine. CVS you should be ashamed this is the very kind of person that steals opioids and other things. Stop hiring lunatic rude foreigners who are mouthing off to certain color of people and refusing them their medicine. One day you will get sued.

I've ben to this CVS a fee times with no issues, tonight however the employee working scythe drop off was rude and she lied about filling a script. The worst experience I've ever had. Calling management to pit in complain against this women who made me feel extremely uncomfortable and treated me like dirt.

DO NOT use this cvs as your pharmacy! I chose to have my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy - big mistake! After receiving an automated voice mail saying my prescription was ready to be picked up, I get to the pharmacy only to be told "we can't find you in the system." Um, what?! They're really unorganized and messy. Won't ever go there again.

If I could give one star I would. The pharmacy is horrible. I switched a prescription from laurel to this location this morning and the lady behind the counter told me that it would be no problem. Went to pick up and was told me that my prescription (that doesn't expire until April) was expired. Then I was told actually I wouldn't be able to pick it up until the 16th of August. I asked to speak to a manager and was refused. All three ladies behind the front desk were unhelpful and RUDE. They all ignored and dismissed me

All three ladies behind the desk were not helpful. I was called saying my prescriptions were ready. I get there and they only filled one of two and didn't tell me. They forced me to call my doctor to have him call them. Then they put him on hold and left him there. Finally got through and he explained like I did that the other prescription didn't work for me. I even offered to bring the other prescription back and they all ignored me. They refused to call my doctor. If you can't fill a prescription you should either call the patient or doctor and say so. I came out of surgery less than 24 hours ago and shouldn't have to sit in CVS for an hour to get pain relief. You have the worst staff ever and I will NEVER return. I've always filled my prescriptions with you but never again after this experience. People need to be more caring and understanding of the patients needs. They should all be fired. I will tell this story on every social media outlet I can find!!!!!
