I went to this location on July 10th, 2025.. got there at 6:57pm.. stood in line while another customer was been attended to.. The pharmacist Damilola R. Adebayo came back and rudely yelled, she's closed, slammed the gate and said she I'm not dealing with this shit.. Even though I was in line before 7pm. She refused to attend to me. Her attitude stinks.. she needs to be reprimanded for her poor customer service.

Excellent customer services witnessed/provided with patience to the eldely and other customers via CVS Representatives Mr. David and Ms. DeMejah!!! The staff at this location including the pharmacy team go above and beyond to assist us. Greatly Appreciated!!!!!

De’mejah was very helpful, courteous and professional. She went above and beyond assisting me with working the photo machine while multi-tasking and trying to assist multiple customers. I really appreciate her help.

At the end of June 2024 the actual pharmacist no longer works here and some lazy person just now has a voice mail option for clients - like some people like to leave their phi on a recording - I inconveniently had to physically !! Go up there to ask about a medication which two corporate phone calls told them to correct and not surprised - it wasn’t done. I dropped 3 prescriptions and the pharmacist rejected and said to bring her hand written ones, while the same prescriptions are accepted in all other cvs. She is rude and unprofessional. CVS management should never hire someone like her. She is not behaving like a professional pharmacist

I just came from CVS after spending money on an Uber that could have either waited until the morning or been used to take me to the ER, the hours say until 11pm and yet you were closed at 10:30!!!! CHANGE YOUR HOURS ON ALL YOUR SITES IF YOU WOM’T HOMOR THEM!!!!!!

I was totally satisfied with my shopping experience at CVS in Lanham on 6/18/24.
Team member really made feel comfortable as she assisted me at checkout machine. So appreciated her calmness & understanding. Thank you.

Barely any staff, usually only one person up at the front or not at all. I've been pressing the red button to call for assistance and I saw a worker look at me from the end of the aisle and just walk away. Haven't been able to buy a locked item for a few days now.
