Nasty attitude walked in the gentleman didn’t even great me, I stood there without him asking me do I need help with anything or what I’m there for until I spoke to him and told him what I’m there for ! Then the attitude he gave me was very rude and nonchalant I didn’tLike it or appreciate it .

My visit to get assistance with my Android phone was successful. Anthony, the Sales Rep who assisted me with storage problems was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and professional. I prefer coming to this location for the last 6 years because the ladies that assist me are polite. The gentleman that "helped" me didn't like me asking questions and told me to "step off if I don't like it". He said total with a case and screen protector is $150 and some change. Then he added them and it changes to $178 because his coupon that he never mentioned didn't work. I asked what a "feature change" charge is and he didn't know. He talks like he's mumbling under his breath and I have to keep asking what he said. It got to the point I just stopped talking. It was taking longer than normal so i said i could slide over so he could help someone else while the phone loads. I don't think I will be returning anymore.

Been waiting outside to see if anyone opens the store signs says it opens at 10 is 11 30 and no one to open the door this store is so bad I see 3 more customers also and no one here.. this is ridiculous is the store permanently close or something is a week day you all are so bad the owner should have responsible workers working here.
