Pharmacy staff and services sucks! Staff appears unorganized and uninterested in assisting customers. Their system appears out of date; doesn’t appear to have a good tracking system.

Horrible cusromer service, bad attitudes, and extremely slow. Picking up a prescription can take an hour even if youre the next person in line. They appeae to have an indifference to doing their job without eyerolls and lip smacks.

The pharmacy here is THE WORST! I've been calling all day to check on a prescription for my son to no avail. I waited for someone to pick up at the pharmacy for 30 minutes without getting through. I decided to download the CVS app and after doing everything required of me, that was also no help. I called back and waited 22 minutes before I had to go back to work. On the 3rd attempt I only waited for 17 minutes, right before the phone was answered and I was hung up on. I've made several complaints about the pharmacy at this location, from the unprofessionalism of the staff to the scenarios like this. It NEVER improves. I wish this wasn't the closest location to me.

The worst pharmacy. If I can give below zero I would. They screw up your prescription then blame you and the doctor for writing it incorrectly. Oh wait They never filled the original RX# number with 11 refills. But somehow 2 others pop up with incorrect quantities. They did they same thing June 2023. When the prescription insurance company calls to discuss it with them, they give them attitude too after waiting and being hung on. Have you ever tried there calling there? Don't hold your breadth. So I called the 800# to complain. 2 weeks later a district manager never calls. 1st the 800# said they called the next day. I told them it never happened. Then they called from a private number 3 days later like I'm supposed to know its them. No way to contact them back. They said on the voice-mail they woild try again the next day with no time like Im supposed wait by the phone. So they call while I was at work like I was available to answer and said they would try again later. Crickets since then. The 800# rep even told me 9/11/23 thats how they contact people. I understand you dont want people to have your number. GET A GOOGLE NUMBER THEN. Or go to store and call. The most unprofessional staff on the planet and the 800# is not much better. Stay away for your own sanity!!! This is not 1st time they messed on a prescription mine. That's what's it even more frustrating.

I am so disappointed in the Pharmacy. I came with an elderly hospice patient who relies on others for help to meet her basic needs. When we arrived at 6:30 PM, the pharmacy turned us away. They said it would be TOO MUCH work to fill out paperwork and prepare the vaccine for this customer. I asked them to please consider helping us. The pharmacy WAS NOT closed, and there were TWO people in line. They were not backed up. I pleaded with them because it takes so much work to get her out of the house safely and into the pharmacy. They AGAIN refused to do the service while they are open. There is NO sign or notice that affirms this choice they made today. It is unacceptable. I am so disappointed. How are you supporting your community when you turn away a fragile hospice patient on an oxygen machine because you don't feel like being bothered?

I looked them up, and the website said they closed at 11 pm, and in fact, they closed at 8 pm. It would be nice if they updated their hours online.

They took my money ! Refused to give me a refund nor my cash back!! The cashier threatened me and was rude/ yelling at me!! That man was soo hood and ghetto!! Never coming back !!

Don't come here... for anything.Stopping to get a water will take 30minutes WITH NOBODY IN THE STORE.And it might be closed.... even during the store hours ?

This store is the worse!!!! Terrible customer service especially at the pharmacy where people suppose to come and get help from medical needs or questions but they always seems to be bothers or just simply pays you no attention. They NEVER open on time and the manager of the location is rude and nasty. This location NEEDS to be either be shut down or revamped of the ENTIRE staff cause at this point if it keeps going down hill like this a terrible incidents will be next and they’ll be on Fox 5 news smdh

Trey claims to be the manager of this location. Very rude, condescending & dismissive associate. Pharmacy is trash. I wouldn't fill my pet mouses medication here . Store does not open or close as advertised. Do better cvs.

Do not use this pharmacy!!!!If possible, I would give this CVS pharmacy a zero. Over the last six months, this pharmacy has gotten two prescriptions incorrect or didn’t have the medication to fill.When I tried to transfer my prescriptions to Wegmans, they would not provide the needed information. While the pharmacist was pleasant, it doesn’t change the slowness and inaccuracy of the CVS.Also, beware that the pharmacy may not open on time and it is closed from 1pm-2pm because they all go to lunch at the same time; this is very inconvenient.

HARI IS THE GHETTOEST MANAGER IVE EVER ENCOUNTERED WITH IN MY LIFE! she was too busy talking on the phone to fully help me find a simple item. She was cursing & laughing on the phone gossiping about one of her co workers as if I wasn’t standing there. I needed more help & she passed it on to a the heavyset darkskin women who was also very very snappy at the mouth as if I was a burden interrupting her doing nothing but pushing a cart around on the phone. She didn’t walk me to the aisle she just pointed and I had to get help from someone else. I feel sorry for all their employees if those are the managers in charge. 0 stars.

Unprofessional “Manager” claimed he was manager then later claimed the CVS was a dominos after ongoing through the automated cvs system. Please throughly review who you hire as a “manager” very unpleasant experience. Also, please answer the phones!
