“Eduardo service was amazing, he also had great communication. I called around a few trucking companies but he was the easiest to communicate with and best with pricing, in addition to understanding what I needed. He not only arrived in time but even a bit earlier because he accounted for traffic and wanted to make sure I did not miss my salvage appointment. My car was in good hands. It was swiftly put on the truck and easily taken off. I didn’t get any kind of scratch or anything. He also was very nice and personable. Since I’m new to the area, he gave me some reccs for mechanics and others things. Very caring and kind. I highly recommend using this company for your towing needs.”

Dexter was thoughtful helpful and efficient.He loaded the vehicle with care and provided me all the details I needed ensuring me it was in good hands. “I didn’t catch the driver’s name unfortunately, but he was extremely polite, well spoken, and friendly. Overall a very pleasant experience. The only gripe would be that the window was between 0800-1200 and the arrive 1356. Still 5 stars no doubt. Would use them if I ever need a tow.”

“Can not say enough good things about this business. From the first phone call until the job was done everything was handled professionally and efficiently. I really have no complaints. Went in to have a spoiler fixed on my Toyota after it was damaged in a parking accident. Was given an appointment, met a representative there and he texted me throughout the process with updates on when the part arrived etc. When it came time to get it fixed, the whole thing was done within 30 minutes. No extra charges, no sale person trying to get me to buy something I didn't need and, most importantly, they treated me like I mattered. Highly recommend this DC business.”

“Went to get my headlights adjusted and because I have aftermarket lights I figured I'd have to keep the car there for some time so they could get them corrected. I was told this by another shop so already expected it but to my surprise Carlos the man got my head lights aligned perfect in no time after almost a year of them being aimed at the sky. I wish I brought it in sooner ! The shop was clean and the staff were super friendly and made my day by the professionalism and commitment to ensuring my vehicle was ready for the state inspection.”

“We all know how stressful it can be when your car is broken and needs to be fixed. I have a 2007 Buick and was involved in a hit-and-run The car still runs beautifully, but I didn’t like the blemish that was left CARSTAR Nescar took away my anxiety from my first interaction with Jesus. We coordinated schedules and I worked with Steve the day I brought my vehicle in. They kept me informed along the repair journey. I picked her up today and Jesus and Steve both greeted me and were extremely efficient, friendly, and absolutely no hassle. Not that I have been to many body shops, but I was so impressed with how immaculate and organized the physical space is.
I hope I don’t need to have repairs again, but if I have to, I will definitely contact CARSTAR Nescar in Beltsville. I’d give them more than 5 stars if I could.

“Tire Hall is amazing! I should’ve gotten their names now that I’m writing this review but everyone even the little baby who guided me to the restroom was so nice. My tire went flat and was on a donut when I came and they ensured my tire sensor was still intact and put gas in all my other tires to ensure I would be okay driving as a just turned 20 year old I was very happy they could help.”

“There is a reason there can be a wait here on a random Tuesday afternoon. It's because they give you a great value for your money, they give you actual high pressure hand wands with a solid not floppy wand, the soapy water is actually hot, and the terminals accept cards at pre-determined costs so there are no surprises. Highly recommend if you are passing through the area.”

“I have gotten my car fixed here twice so far and I am still bringing it back to get it fixed again. The Spanish man who fixed the cars is the best. They did a rear main seal on my car in two days for 1200. They do the work quick, accurately, and very affordable! I will never go anywhere else and I either drive an hour or pay a tow truck $260 to bring it there.”
