SCAM SCAM SCAM! STAY AWAY. Told me my phone was eligible for and upgrade. They mailed me my new phone. Terms of the new agreement were pay the sales tax on new phone ($100). 5 months later they said they never got it. Lie. Then they said of yea we did get it but it has a crack in the screen. Huge lie! Nautualy they cant provide any proof. Phone was in perfect working and cosmetic condition. Now There charging me $1k for the new phone. ??? They lied so they cam SCAM you out of your money. Once the phone 8s mailed off they can lie and say whatever they want. And your stuck with the bill. Been with att for years. Can believe they stael from people like this. Disgusting.

If you have any issues with your phone, please don't hesitate to go to this location for assistance. The store representative, Alaia, was prompt in her greeting me when Iarrived, listened attentively as I relayed my issue, and quickly resolved and retrieved my missing information that I accidentally deleted. A HUGE relief!!! This was by far the best experience I've had in a phone store, lol!!! Thank you again, Alaia!

They have the worst customer service. They caused me to pay 40 dollars extra because of their mistake, I called AT&T and they told me I need to sort it out with the store. I called the store and explained what had happened and they said they would apply that money in my account, I waited for 11 days, some days I called to check what was going on, the manager was either busy and didn’t bother to speak or she wasn’t in. On the day I was supposed to make a payment, I called them once again and they put me on hold for 1 hour. Then I drove down to the store to sort it out but the manager didn’t come out from the back, they said she was busy and I had to wait. I have been waiting for 11 days I told them but nothing changed. They have the worst worst worst customer service.

I had been with my cell service provider since 2001, but the prospect of switching to AT&T filled me with apprehension. However, I proceeded with the process, only to discover that AT&T operates with ruthless ambition, prioritizing commissions over customer satisfaction. Despite being assured of a simple task, my experience at their location revealed a disregard for my needs and preferences. What should have taken a mere 15 minutes stretched into days of frustration. Needless to say, I am deeply disillusioned and wary of engaging with this particular AT&T location in the future.
