“First off, I was greeted and warm energy and professionalism. The owner didn’t try to up-sale or give me what you wouldn’t need but the service that fit my needs and driving style. The shop is clean and organized; products are the best you would find in a certified premium shop.The prices are decent for the service given and being a veteran myself, this company offers a discount for military members! I received the ceramic coating service, for my 2023 Infiniti Q50 Red-sport. My vehicles paint compared to GLASS and my special ordered carbon pieces were handled with care. The shop kept my vehicle secure over night and even during the day and the coating completed and cured within a timely manner.
I plan to bring my other vehicles here for details, coatings etc. May, the pictures speak for themselves! Check them out! Highly recommend!”

“Ole skool values with new skool flair. Car was damaged on Thursday night, called Dynamic Collision Services on Friday, they gave me an appointment for Monday morning. Rob completed his review upon my arrival at 8:15 am. He listened to my concerns, the team did their magic while I did my work in the comfort of the clean, colorful waiting area. “Mike was great, he definitely does his best to make sure his customers never pay anything extra. My front bumper came out on one side and I was expecting a big estimate & wait time for repair or replacement. He took a look at it and was able to clip things back into place himself in a few minutes, no hassle. Perfect temporary fix I needed to get back on the road. Bumper is all good now and the only damage was part of the splash shield underneath which he gave me an estimated cost for but he wasn't pushing to get any extra work done if it wasn't necessary, just looking out for his customers.”

“I recently purchased a 69' Camaro from Universal Muscle and by far this was the best experience buying a car! Everyone there is great to work with. We had an issue with the brakes shortly after purchasing, called and they said stop right where you are and we'll come get the car. The problem wasn't that bad so we were able to bring it in. They put it up on the lift, found a brake line that had come loose. They fixed it and we were back on the road. I highly recommend Universal Muscle Cars! I’m happy to say the car looks great now and the paint job looks like factory quality. “Unlike other automated car washes, this location had two friendly staff members who manually washed my car before I entered the automated wash. After the automated wash, another employee manually dried my car. I will definitely come back next time.”
“I always have a great experience here. It's been several years since I've encountered a car wash with dedicated staff to wipe down the car. This wash has someone prespray your car before going in the wash, and then someone else who does a full car wipe down when you exit. You also get a free token for vacuum. Prices are cheap and the staff are polite and professional. Keep a look out for the "weather station" as you exit the wash, it'll give you a good laugh, but it's never been wrong. Keep up the good work guys.”
“Will did a fantastic job cleaning and restoring my Tacoma. I've had the vehicle for three years and had never got it detailed or washed outside of the occasional automatic car wash. I shopped around a LOT when deciding on a detailer and am glad I went with Voxel. My truck is cleaner than it was when I bought it new and the paint is smooth as glass. Will was able to get several scratches out for me (this truck sees constant lumber pick ups and dumb runs) that I was unable to remove previously. I'll be coming back soon for my wife's vehicle and will be back again for mine as well!”
