The staff handled me with such care and delicacy, given I was getting my head shaved for an upcoming procedure. I felt like I was in good hands all the way through it. I would definitely recommend these people!

Had a gentleman from Northern California(forgot the name) cut my hair today we got along fine and the haircut was fine, but he did leave a comment in the beginning of the haircut saying “ men joining the military after high school are the male equivalent to females becoming strippers after high school” I still went along with the haircut after correcting that statement and shrugging it off. But I know a lot of people would definitely not appreciate that comment. If I were a manager I would definitely speak to this individual about that and let him know to watch his mouth. I’ve been going to that great clips my whole life, but that will be the last time. Don’t get me wrong I love joking around, but at the same time it’s important to have some respect.
PS there was a child no older than like second grade in the room when this was said.

Came into shop today to get my hair feathered and layered . This is the first time at this location and the haircut was perfect . Crystal did exactly what I asked for. I willl be going back to see her

I should’ve went with my gut and left. The stylist was under some sort of influence, interjecting herself into the other stylist’s conversation, very unprofessional, she talked the entire time and DESTROYED my hair. She reminded me that I had “thick, course, curly hair” as if it was too much for her. I asked for a trim and walked away with old split ends and a new uneven layer. I don’t recall her name but she has a very specific look. (DO NOT GO TO HER) There was no license at her booth, no barbicide in the jar, the comb she used should’ve been thrown away YEARS ago. Very weird vibes. I hope great clips reviews footage from the day of my service.

I'm very sorry I didn't catch the gentleman's name that cut my hair. He was the only male on staff when I came in last week.
I came in for a simple cut off dead ends and something, I just didn't know what.
So, I asked his opinion and what he thought about what I should get. I took all of his suggestions and I absolutely love my hair!

My husband comes home with this done to my son’s hair the day before school pictures. We did not request a bowl cut! I am furious they charged him &20+ dollars for this and he paid a left with it.
