“First and foremost - ask for Danny. He is compassionate, sweet, understanding, and EXTREMELY helpful. My condo rental had a small fire which riddled our home with nasty smoke smell. I was referred by ServPro to contact this company - definitely the best referral I could have gotten.
The company, itself, does amazing work and they are there to help you through catastrophes - big or small.
Let me tell you a little more about Danny though. This dude.. He like adopted me and my fiancé. I'd invite him to our wedding! He is so knowledgeable in regard to renter's insurance - he had so many awesome suggestions that didn't even deal with his part of the business, and that is true customer service. When you're in a pickle and have no idea where to turn, it is a true blessing to meet someone like Danny.
I have had to text message Danny multiple times (only because I had a question, not because there was anything further needed from their end) and he ALWAYS responds immediately. You can't put a price on that kind of service. He is just the nicest, down-to-earth guy. I hope you get the opportunity to work with him and his team.
Keep in mind, having your things tossed through by strangers is very scary and uncomfortable. Danny and his team came in and they breezed through our textiles. They never once made us feel like we were "gross" or anything of that sort. That is the type of service that we all yearn for. Don't look up any other company - this is the one you want to help you out. (and ask for my boy Danny!)”

“I was looking for a laundromat nearby and found this one on Google Maps. When I went in, Michelle at the counter was very sweet and attentive. She took the time to show me around and let me know I could ask if I needed anything.
The large washers are $8, and dryers start at $0.50. It’s a cash/coin-only laundromat, but there’s a change machine available. There’s also a bathroom, which was clean. They have a vending machine as well, although it was empty during my visit.
Overall, the vibe was good and I’ll definitely be coming back.”

I used to use a very well-known service for my laundry until they got too expensive and their washing, drying, & folding became very shoddy; in addition to them now picking up *Commercial* Laundry Orders only. My apts have machines but I really don't care for them nor the hassle.😐 On a whim, saw this when I Googled Laundry Pick Up Near Me. WHAT A BLESSING! Prices are reasonable, and the service is top-notch. Just follow directions: Use a 13 gallon white trashbag or cloth bag for the laundry, don't overstuff the bag, make sure it is CLOSED, label your bag, leave it in front of your home (or wherever you want them to pick it up)...they give simple, super clear directions on the website. You can order their bags but you get a bag after your 2nd order. You receive texts & email notifications letting you know when driver's on their way, pick up, & return. The sign up & order process is also quite easy. So fast & convenient! My wash was delivered back to me the next day carefully folded, clean, fresh smelling, and super soft in a protective plastic bag with a handle. They also have 2 locations near me. I Highly Recommend and WILL be using them now for all my laundry needs which is mostly towels + wasĥcloths, bed stuff, curtains, & chaircovers. I work multiple jobs from home, do Uber + Public Transportation, manage chronic illness (Type 2 Diabetes & Lower Vision), have doc appts monthly, and recently returned to college to complete my B.S. in Social Science online: Service is a Godsend and Saves Me SO much Time & Effort. Price many times is less than Doordash, a meal out, or shopping for something I don't even need. Yea, there's a Missed Pickup Fee if your stuff is not outside when driver comes for pickup bec you have wasted time, mileage, & energy: It is On YOU to Cancel in time if u can. HappyNest is Awesome! Thank you to the staff & drivers!👍🧡”

It was too loose in the chest and involved bringing the v-neck up by tailoring the shoulders. Looked fantastic when she was done with it.”
“My dryer broke and I had tons of laundry piling up and needed to go to the laundromat. I decided to bring all my bedding and every piece of clothing me and my family owned to wash. The reviews and how late it stays open drew me in but the owner will be the reason I come back. I was there for HOURS and he was so sweet & so helpful! He helped me pack up my car and helped me push out 10-11 loads of laundry. They also have so many machines, I never had to wait. The cons are that it’s pretty old, I was there very long and it was difficult to find a plug to charge my phone, and they only take quarters. Those are things I can overlook! I’ll definitely would come back!”
