They didn't plan their traffic patterns very well for easy flow of vehicles to and fro.
Having a stop like 200 ft away from another stoplight is ridiculous and wasteful.

A great shopping center located right off 97. There are several big stores - Walmart, kohls, Lowes, Sam’s club. Plenty of parking. Center is easy to get in and out of
