While the service cost is fair, albeit on the higher end of general estimates, the addition of diagnosis fees makes it a bit steep. I recognize the value of diagnosis, yet I believe there should be a discount if the repair is conducted at the same shop, considering it’s an essential part of the process. The current additional charge feels more like a tax than a benefit from their experienced professionals.The free loaner is great benefits.”

“First of all, I was amazed at how prompt the service was. Mechanic was nice, clean and courteous and after a breed explanation of what was going on with my truck, got to work, had all the tools and he was under the truck and out within 20 minutes. Sorry he got so dirty and greasy, having plenty issues with truck. There was follow up from all parties involved, and I must say that I was impressed. Great job Lathe!”

“I am a Hotshot driver out of Central Texas, on November 3rd, 2023 I had a brake pad go out and wreck a rotor on the rear of my Dodge Dually. After at least 4 other places either didn't answer or couldn't get me in until the next week I finally found Jessup Total Car Care's number on Google on the 4th. The wonderful lady who answered the phone was so sweet and had me bring my truck and loaded 40' gooseneck over. Richard instantly had me unhook and got to work. After having a replacement axle seal delivered (I already had new pads and a rotor) he got me on the road same day. His grumpy demeanor (if you know any older mechanics you understand that it is normal) and the small town feel made me feel like I was back home in the farm towns of Central Texas. First time in Maryland and if I ever have trouble in that area again I'll gladly have a tow truck haul me to them. Amazing people, amazing service. Ask them about the airplane propellers going to Texas and I'm sure they'll laugh.Service: Brakes”

Well, they called me back way quicker than expected and had the part and in the right color!!! These guys get the part for you! I'm guessing it isn't a pick and pull your own parts. The price was way more than fair! I think I spoke to a guy named Mike and he was super helpful. I needed a retractable cargo cover for my car and he found it with a quickness.”
