Ryan was very helpful and scheduled me for a date to bring the truck in. I dropped the truck off for repair and had the truck back a few days later. Ryan and his crew did a great job fixing my truck. “Worked with johns auto body to get our Prius left rear bumper and tires body back to its original shape and form. John was very professional and communicated with us during the two months process it took for the at faults insurance company to pay for our auto body fixes and glad John was patient and able to accommodate us with our situation and time frame. He definitely earned my business for future automotive needs. He was also able to get our other car issue fixed along as well and now our car is newer than we've originally purchased for! “Got into an accident on a Friday around 1pm, the other party said that she would pay out of pocket. I called Glen Burnie Autobody and said I could come in anytime for an estimate! I arrived and was greeted by a nice gentleman, Ted. He did my estimate in less than 20 minutes, I sent over the estimate to the other party and paid for and dropped the car off the next week. Ted gave me an estimated 10 days, it actually finished a day early which was a plus. Car looks like nothing happened to it!”

“An hour after a car accident in October, I called my local mechanic and he recommended C&F for body work. Within 2 hours of my accident, I had an estimate for the damage.I just got the car back a few days ago and they did a superb job of mending the crumpled passenger's side! I want to thank Fred, Jeff and the paint crew for really doing a stand-up job. Plus, the inside and outside detailing was a REALLY unexpected and welcoming finishing touch -- sorta "the cherry on top'".Fred was very helpful to me in this situation as I had never been in a car accident, post-teenage years and didn't know how the 'other person's insurance' stuff worked when their company had to pay.
