I ordered a wig and it said delivered to my address, but it was not delivered. They are contacting me telling me that the mail car you’re saying that he delivered it well if he delivered it someone else must have a key to my mailbox. Let’s get real and be real learn to put my belongings in the right mailbox, and then you didn’t reimburse me for it

SNAFU's galaore! Lots of mail never received; Lots of mail given to incorrect addresses nearby my own street; Lots of mail given to me but intended for other neighbors. Lots of bills I never received and must pay late fees.
So what has happened in the past 50 yrs of living here, where it was excellent before and in the past 10 yrs has gone downhill faster than a rocket crashing to earth? It's 2024, and you cannot blame Covid forever. Is it uncaring or unqualified employees?

Roxi needs to learn about customer service. Incredibly rude and unhelpful. She wouldn’t let me use a pen to correct a single box on a form instead making me wait in line again after 30 minutes.

They need have some type of posting or alert , update saying their internet down! This is the 3rd time I came within a week and their sending & shipping services are down! Last week they said their internet was down and would restore on the 5th. Then now it is August 10th . Terrible.Unprofessional and then when you want to ask a question they are rude and unprofessional. This is the closet post office to me:

Don't use this post office unless you want your packages to get lost in the oblivion. I paid almost $31 to express mailed my very very important document on feb 22nd, 2024 and it guaranteed me next day delivery by 6 pm, but even today it's not been delivered. This location should be shutdown. Also the postmaster ladywas busy talking to her relatives the whole time.

Every post office worker is known to be rude but these ladies are particularly awful and rude. No wonder UPS and FedEx are thriving.

Post Office delivered a package valued at $102.45 to someone else and will not give any assistance in finding out who or where it was delivered. Post Master is not helpful. They never answer their phone and ignore/dismiss inquiries.

I have been here a few times to mail packages or drop off letters. Each time, the post master has been very helpful and quick to get me in and out. I can't imagine their job is an easy one.
