Don't use this post office unless you want your packages to get lost in the oblivion. I paid almost $31 to express mailed my very very important document on feb 22nd, 2024 and it guaranteed me next day delivery by 6 pm, but even today it's not been delivered. This location should be shutdown. Also the postmaster ladywas busy talking to her relatives the whole time.

Every post office worker is known to be rude but these ladies are particularly awful and rude. No wonder UPS and FedEx are thriving.

Post Office delivered a package valued at $102.45 to someone else and will not give any assistance in finding out who or where it was delivered. Post Master is not helpful. They never answer their phone and ignore/dismiss inquiries.

I have been here a few times to mail packages or drop off letters. Each time, the post master has been very helpful and quick to get me in and out. I can't imagine their job is an easy one.

Late mail it's 3pm on a Monday I'm waiting on important mail and it's almost 5oclock and is still hasn't ran and I fear that mail goes to other people cause I get other people's mail all the time so I'm sure my mail goes to other people also and no one cares they will throw it right in the trash

Terrible customer service. They lied about a returned certified letter. Said it wasn’t there when it was and later sent to Baltimore to be destroyed. Damon the Post Master didn’t tell me- he had me call customer affairs who told me. When I asked him why I was never notified or why I was lied to or why the carrier never attempted delivery - he said he didn’t know. He did not care. No concern for customer service.

The worst customer service. They do not provide receipts for pre-paid packages. They do not understand business and they think taking a picture of the tracking on the package is the same as a receipt. The receipt is used for business records. Most businesses already have a record of the tracking. We need the receipt for business records. They clearly do not understand that. They just say take a picture, the IRS does not want a copy of the tracking number.

At this point the delivery people are either stealing mail or completely ignorant on their route. Every birthday card I was sent with a gift card didn’t arrive but regular snail mail and junk mail has.

Customer service is not good at all nobody should be calling you sweetie dear or honey it is not appropriate, they don't take time to explain anything and they always putting someone else Mail PO box and yes customer service is bad
