I went to Park hardware today and no one greeted me. No one asked if they could help me. When I went to the one associate and asked where drain cleaner was. She told me three different spots to find it, come to find they had none to begin with. Went to Ace Hardware in Severna Park was greeted as soon as I came in. I walked past the first aisle and a nice gentleman came out and asked if I needed anything and he took me right where I needed to go chatted with me for a few Minutes. Great service, fully stocked!

WOW!! I have shopped here many times but today I was so impressed with the customer service shown to me by Keegan I felt compelled to write a review! I needed help with solving an issue and he just did everything he could to make sure I got the answer I needed. This young man was professional, helpful, and had a great attitude. Store Management, give this guy a raise! What an asset to your store team!

I went in a few weeks ago to get a new car key, and Andre helped me out. A few weeks later, he also programmed it for me—he was amazing! The whole team at Ace Hardware had such a great attitude, and I really appreciated how friendly and helpful everyone was.
Thank you, Ace Hardware, for fixing my key! It may seem like a small thing, but it made me very happy. It’s been 7 years since I’ve been able to put a keychain on my keys, and now I finally can. I’m beyond happy to have a fresh new key!

An average store with plenty of room for improvement when it comes to customer service. If you don’t want to drive to Home Depot, you are better off going around the corner to Park Hardware for a better selection and helpful employees.
