215 Main St, Annapolis“The McBride Gallery is a true treasure. The quality of any art venue is determined by the curatorial skills of its owner and staff. Over the many years that I have frequented the McBride Gallery, they have consistently featured a diverse selection of serious, high-quality works. McBride Gallery also features curated shows from regional and national associations that represent the best works in the media and content produced by those association's membership. For me, the McBride Gallery is a must stop anytime that I am downtown in Annapolis.”

“From a circular street around the Maryland State House, major streets radiate to form the historic district. It is said that Annapolis has more original 18th-century structures standing than any other city in the United States. If my walk around the many brick sidewalks in the area is proof. It seems that almost every house and building has a distinctive National Historic District plaque on it. The buildings were well-maintained and often brightly painted and ranged from homes, hotels, and churches. A number of nineteenth-century buildings are also included. The area is quite walkable, and one can head downhill later to find many interesting shops and restaurants at the dockside, including the oldest operating pub, the Middleton Tavern (1750), in the state. A signboard at the docks provides a map and listing of many of the historic sights. Parking requires using an online app and is not very straightforward but manageable. It is recommended that one start walking early to avoid the heat of the day.”
“This is a great place, featuring the works of lots of different local artists. Plus the display changes frequently, so there's always something cool to see!”

109 Main St, Annapolis“Not only is it a super cute boutique, but the employees are so incredibly nice! We went into the shop looking for a specific pillow we had bought a little over a year ago, as our puppy ripped it apart a few months ago. The woman working was unable to find the pillow in stock, but exchanged numbers with us for when they were back in stock. Only about 20min later while we were at dinner she texted us to tell us she had found two in storage! She had already closed the shop for the day, but was next door and gladly came back over to the store to get the pillow to us. Not only did she get the pillow for us, she gave it to us for free!! She sympathized with how frustrating it is when puppies rip stuff apart and wanted us to have it at no charge. Thank you SO much! Amazing customer service and amazing store, can’t recommend it enough!”
“We bought a beautiful print! The gallery has many art pieces with something for everyone. Don’t forget to check out the upstairs! Great place for Holiday shopping!”
“They did an excellent job with my task. I used a Groupon and they framed a diploma. The suggestion of frame and matting to use was perfect and well received by the gift recipient. The turnaround time was decent and the employees were nice. I will definitely go back for future business.”

511 Fourth St, Annapolis“Absolutely Gorgeous, one of a kind work. I got a dragon pendant from my Dad from them years ago, and I loved it so much I commissioned a custom circlet for my wedding to match, and it is gorgeous! I usually add to my collection yearly, earrings, bracelets, rings, it's all so lovely. Prices for all budgets too from simple rings to master works of art fit for a castle ( or your living room)”
“Sarah cut the mat and glass for a personally important print that I made the frame for. Her entire staff is friendly and professional, every time I came into the store I was treated like I was their only customer. She took the time to help me select the perfect colors for the mat, and she did absolutely flawless work on it. The corners of the mat were clean and straight, and the reveals were all consistent. Sarah even sealed up the glass, mat, and backer board with acid free tape to keep the dust out and I was able to place everything into the frame without any hassle. Cannot recommend enough if you have something to frame that you care about and has to be done right!”
