Poor poor service not once but twice I have gone into this local hardware store to source specific items in quantity and been so disappointed in the front counter assistance. Store was very quiet at 9am midweek and after not finding my item I asked for advise from the counter assistant who advised it was maybe over in a pointed direction by a wall. I eventually found the item of which I required multiple of and the sel pricing was upside down alongside multiple different prices so I went back and asked the counter assistant and she asked if I could bring the items to her for price check. I replied ‘all of them’? I asked for more assistance and she called and no one came. It’s ok I will go spend my $400 elsewhere. Sloppy counter service again here, so disappointing for our so called local hardware store.

Great customer service!!! I needed a 25 ft roll of a specific type of wire fencing, but was unable to find it at Home Depot, Lowe’s or Amazon. Park Hardware was the only place that could get it for me. I went to Park Hardware on a Tuesday to order it and I picked it up at the store Friday morning just 3 days later. Chris is the gentleman who helped me and he was fantastic. He even provided a much appreciated military discount.

friendly people, and they frequently have what I want, despite being small. This is especially true of hardware. I even found that they stocked bearings that fit the shaft of my delta table saw. Very impressive hardware selection, as well as the rest of what you expect in a hardware store. The people are always nice, professional and knowledgeable.

I have to admit - I had fallen a little bit out of love with the “New Clement’s”.I guess the re-shuffling during the renovation was more change than I could absorb.I stopped in today on a bit of a lark. I needed to match a paint color; my attempt to get a match at a paint store had failed, so I decided to give Park Hardware a try.Not only did Zack formulate an exact color match, the customer service was extraordinary. Zack was knowledgeable, helpful, professional and above all friendly.And… I’ve been assured they’re done moving stuff around!!Hats off to Rick and the team! The customer service we’ve known for so many years is still here!

People are always reluctant to change. Park Hardware had big shoes to fill with Clement’s having been there for so long. The way I see it, learning the new layout is just a minor inconvenience when you consider the shopping experience.Many core staff members were still at the store from Clement’s when I visited, they were just as helpful as they have always been. The go-to guy for being directed to the right associate for your project is Chris. If he can’t help you, he has you covered with a teammate who can.With hardware, I like to feel the quality of what I’m buying. Too many times I have been in the return and exchange cycle with Amazon and the big box stores. Give Park Hardware a chance, it’s a very similar business to its predecessor in the middle of finishing a massive makeover.Go see my guy Chris, he will keep your projects on track and most importantly, he’s going to find you a product that lasts.

This hardware store is so welcoming. The employees are immediately there to help me find what i need as soon as i walk in. They always find a way to get what i need to complete any project i am trying to complete. Even if they don’t have exactly what i came in for, they make it work help me complete the project in some way. The manager Michael is quick and gets me what i need even if i don’t know the name of what im looking for. The most comfortable hardware store in the area, that small town feel with all the professionalism.

When it was Clement's I had it at a five star business. Now I go to Ace. I stopped in for cup hooks the other day - the kind with the little snap to make sure your cup stays hanging - and they didn't have any. How can a hardware store not have cup hooks?12-3-23 No soldering iron in the store. Ace had 4 to choose from.

It's good to have a small business continue against the large box stores. Prices are still 10 - 20% higher, but its close and convenient. Not sure the new owner highered good customer service people. That's the only angle they have against price and selection of the competition. Perhaps checkout Ace and see how they provide customer service. I suggest your reevaluate your business plan and retrain or hire new people.

Chris was very helpful with assisting me with Green Egg parts that needed replacing under warranty. Chris made sure I was able to host my family cookout! Greatly appreciated the awesome customer service!

Despite it being a small hardware store they almost always have what you are looking for some how. All of the staff are well informed and fantastic for advice and suggestions with projects and questions I've had. Easy parking and never a line at the register.
