It’s the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too! You call to refill on automated line, and set time to pick up. Then you go to pick it up, and they tell you to come back in 20-minutes? Every single time for almost a year! Now they closed down drive through, and make you walk inside, Just to go through the extra 20-minutes you add to the already frustrating and inconvenient experience! This CVS seriously need more capable employees, and the better pharmaceutical staff! I’m going through cancer treatments (radiation…) work full time, and in No way do I have the extra time to endure this every time I need my prescriptions filled! Get it together CVS! Unacceptable!

The pharmacy is extremely rude. Every time I go in or call. The pharmacist today was awful! Didn’t care that they didn’t have a medication that my Doctor called in. Im done with this place!

Absolute worst pharmacy and pharmacist at this location!!!! I was notified that my prescriptions were ready for pick up today and when I get there I’m told I have to wait until tomorrow and they can’t do anything to help while I’m there. Terrible service and rude?

The pharmacy informed me they are a week behind with only a techs. Could not get through by phone. Find another CVS. Big issues here!

They never answer their phones. I have been trying to get an update on one of my prescriptions as it continuously just says “in progress,” yet no one will answer the phone.

I have pulmonary hypertension. I rely on my prescription for 20mg Sildenafil to live a close to "normal" life - or as close as possible. My doctor submitted a refill prescription yesterday in the morning. It was July 4th so the pharmacy was closing at 2:00. When I didn't receive a notice from them, I called. The person or pharmacist who answered informed me that since they were closing at 2:00 they didn't start on my prescription. She chuckled when I said I lived 1/2 mile away (0.7 actually) and I could be there in 5 minutes. She said it wasn't ready anyway and to check back tomorrow (today, July 5th).I hope she and the others had a nice 4th of July. I had to restrict my activities because I didn't have my medicine. Pulmonary hypertension can lead to a right ventricular failure which leads to a fatal heart attack. I guess they didn't read what the drug was for. It wasn't for ED (Sildenafil is also sold as Viagra in 100mg doses).Rude and uncaring service means I'll be changing to Mike's Pharmacy.UPDATE: I returned to CVS on July 5th and this time a man who I believe was the "senior pharmacist" filled my prescription. He looked visibly irritated that the staff had not filled my prescription, since CVS stocks Sildenafil, so I upgraded my review. But I might still change pharmacies.

Worst location to ever exist! They have filled my meds wrong twice, both times could have been deadly if I hadn't noticed myself. The staff is NEVER friendly EVER! They don't fill meds that are sent by the doctor unless you call and ask them to and now the pharmacy phones have been shut off for days so you can't get questions answered unless you go stand in there until one of the staff feels like helping you!

Went to pick up a prescription. Pharmacist acknowledged me and said she be with me in a minute. Technician just finished up a drive-thru transaction, then looked at me and waited for the next car to pull up. If this was the first time this happened, I'd let it go. This is the 5th time I have tried to pick up prescriptions and was ignored.I hope this store is one that CVS closes. Customer Service and courtesy doesn't cost anything but will cost you customers.

Sat in the drive thru for over 30 mins because they apparently allow people to do covid testing without informing all the other cars in line. So unprofessional.

Horrible service. Left on hold for 30 minutes just for me to drive up there no one is busy and prescription isn't ready. Their just riding the clock to get paid for nothing.

I have been to CVS pharmacy and place a phone call 1-2-23 to be pickup at 6:00pm. I went today 1-3-23 at 2:00pm and they said they had nothing for after being in line for 38 minutes. It can’t be filled until 1-11-23. I should have been told this yesterday on the phone. When I go back on the 11th this will be the last time I will use that pharmacy. It does not make any sense for them to take that long. And then to sit in line for drive thru for 38 minutes.
