This Dollar Tree is in better shape than most, unfortunately the goods are inconsistent. I go there specifically for two things and they're missing most of the time. One Of the best trees in the area, all of the Dollar Tree customer service is wonderful through all Tri city areas. But this one makes sure to really keep things stocked with medicines. I know some of them at other cities and Glenn. Bernie and stuff there. Just get so overwhelmed that it's really hard for them. To stay stocked, and do the best they can…Severna Park they really do good on their stocking. Especially with the medicines. Because health is important. And this store knows it and makes sure that the medicines stay stocked. They always keep it clean. And this one and all other dollar trees are always very friendly and good customer service. Very authentic. I appreciate them and their late hours. thank you guys. And gals you 🪨 🎸 🤘 🥌 My overall impression is they truly care.

On the way out of the store last week, my bag ripped and there was one cashier open with a long line. Instead of bothering the cashier, I walked to an empty register and took a bag. I was not inside the area where the cashier would be if it were open. An employee named Jayden loudly scolded me telling me ‘next time don’t do that.’ I told him my bag ripped and he kept talking to me as if I was a small child who didn’t understood I had done something wrong. I told him he shouldn’t speak to customers that way and he told me he was the store manager. I left and in the parking lot another customer said she had issues with the same manager and he was rude to me. I will go out of my way to go to the Pasadena store. I know this won’t sway anyone’s decision to shop at Dollar Tree, but hoping corporate will read this and request the store manager treat customers a bit better.

The store is very outdated and could seriously use a rehab. I gave 3 stars because there were several items on the shelves for sale but the registers wouldn't allow the purchase to be completed since the items were recalled. No one made the attempt to pull the recalled items from the sales floor.

This is my go to place for holiday decorations. Great quality for the price. I purchased these plaques for an Instagram Video of my dog and cat. The store is located in a nice shopping center in Severna Park. The cashiers are friendly. I especially like seeing D.J. who always makes me feel valued as a customer.

Today January 17 went into dollar tree to purchase a few things. The store looks disgusting like it’s never been vacuumed.
