The arrangement was basically two days late. It was supposed to be delivered midday Friday and didn’t arrive until after 5pm on Saturday! Edible Arrangements is poorly run and managed! The discount codes never work and the website is clunky. I strongly suggest going in a different direction if you are buying something for someone special! Also, the communication is very poor. No one reached out to me to inform my order would be delayed.Sam

Walked in at 3:45 and was told they were closed for the day? Clearly states hours on the door and says “Walk-Ins” welcome. Very disappointed. Please update your hours if you’re not actually open until 5, drove 40 minutes for nothing.

Arrangement looked great but it was delivered with fruit flies. I completed their survey and noted the problem, but alas, I've heard NOTHING back. $170 and I have to get rid of fruit flies. No thanks.

$14.99 for a Valentine’s Day delivery, not made, cancelled. Delivered on the 15th. Made no less than 4 requests for a refund of the delivery fee. Absolutely no response by email, text or phone call. They don’t even answer the phone at the location. Reading the rest of the reviews, I guess this is common practice with this business. I will continue to try and contact, but I do not think I will be successful.

I cannot recommend not ordering from Edible Arrangements enough. I have an order that was supposed to be delivered on Valentine’s Day, it is now the night of the 17th and it still has not been delivered. I have emailed and tried calling, but no response or answer. I have received no update, when I track it online it says it is being arranged, it has said this for four straight days. I understand things happen, but to not get an update or a response is unacceptable. I have tried to cancel and get a refund, but cannot even get a response to initiate that process. I tried going to the physical location today to cancel in person, but it was closed. The website, google, and other online locations say it is open till 6, got there at 515, it closes at 5. I think it probably goes with out saying, but this will be the last time I order from here. Hopefully, I can at least get a refund, but I’m not holding my breath.

They told me my mom's arrangement would be delivered after 12. It's 6:30pm and nothing and they're closed. NEVER AGAIN!!!

$14.99 delivery fee on Valentines, not delivered. Delivered on the 15th. 4 requests for refund of delivery fee. Absolutely no response at all, email or phone. They won't even answer the phone.

Ordered a Valentine's Day treat for delivery. Delivery was great! The valentine platter I ordered for my partner was almost perfect, he enjoyed almost all of it especially the cheesecake. However, they should be more careful when picking the fruit. A few strawberries looked nasty like the one pictured.

I got a surprise delivery from my boyfriend! The white chocolate was DELICIOUS oh my goodness. It was absolutely satisfying for my craving.But for the price he paid, I shouldn’t be receiving a bruised up strawberry.P. S. I’m sorry to the delivery man who my dog chased after, he was such a sweetheart, and my dog managed to slip through the door :(. Thank you for being so nice about it. Sorry again.

I am so pissed off right now I was trying to surprise my daughter who is in Maryland And I live in North Carolina For her 19th birthday I called this the Vernon park Maryland store at 4 o'clock PM wondering where my order is they stated it would be there within an hour or an hour and a 1/2 And here it is 3 hours later and my daughter still does not have her birthday surprise I will never use edible arrangements ever again I want my money refunded immediately And it's kind of ridiculous that the only drop down menu of the store is in Qatar Why say you guys don't have to look at your customer complaints
