No touch spray foam car washes are a waste of time. Not to mention the brushes on the self wash are worthless.

Todd, the manager on duty, on 7/30 Sunday afternoon, was extremely nice and helpful. He went above and beyond to assist me with cleaning my Mom's car. Dirt was baked into the car. After his help, the car was super clean. The owner is very lucky to have such a wonderful manager at his car wash. Thank you Todd, you're the best!

Prices are great. All devices were working. Vacuumed and use the self service wash. Will definitely be back.

Went to 3 different car washes with people OUT in the street waiting to get in and then I arrived here and as I was pulling in saw a bay opened up. The automatic wash was lined up and 4 of the 5 bays were used. I guess the guy who operates was out making sure everything was running efficiently. He gave out some air fresheners and a coupon for advanced auto. I liked it. I'll be back.

I chose to not listen to these reviews because I was in a rush. Dont make the same mistake I made. This car wash straight up sucks. Paid for the premium wash which was $14 and my car looked the same as it did before just wet. Terrible excuse for a business and the owners should show a little more interest pride in their service.Service: Auto detailing

If any of these trust fund and yuppie residents in Severna Park were smart they’d open a new car wash and run this miser out of business. Better off waiting for a rain storm than wasting money at this location.

Horrible service, I was on membership then I sold my car. I try to reach out to them to see if I can get a new sticker for my other car and keep my membership. But no response or reply from email. They are making it very difficult to reach out.

I've come to the drive-through automatic car wash here twice. Both times, I got the second tier wash ($12) and both times I left very happy. I love that there is usually no or a very short line, and that there are no tracks you have to navigate onto. The signals are very clear, and the whole process is fairly quick. Both times, I left with the outside of my car looking great. I was mostly trying to remove pollen, car poop, and other junk that builds up on my car from parking outside, but this wash definitely did the job. Minimal stress, minimal effort, fast results. I will definitely be back!

Overall experience I would say was a 3/5! I paid for the 2nd choice (I believe it was $12), which gave me the wash I needed, however it did seem a bit overpriced for the quality of wash I received; however I do understand that we do get the choice to wash our own cars/it was more of a self-service spot and the wash centered more around that. I wouldn't knock it too bad, it's definitely a good spot if you need a quick wash!

I won't be going back. I just tried to go to hose off my truck and they came out and cursed at us were talking aggressively. Terrible customer service to say the VERY least.

First Yelp review I've ever left, but felt necessary. $14 for a premium wash that left my car looking like it did when it went in, but wet. I got out to dry it and the hood alone turned my towel black. Avoid at all costs.

Terrible owner do not go there , bought the the yearly unlimited wash one per day service and the owner approaches me saying I use it to many times and the fact he can't make a profit on me is hurting his business, ( I go once a week if that )?? clear to say alot of people are having this issue with the owner. Steer clear of this place!!!

I pay for the monthly subscription which is 1 wash a day. I got this when I bought my new truck because I park under trees and it's white. I wanted to keep it nice. I go often but lately not as much. Today the owner waited for me to exit and had a conversation about my tag not matching ... had temp tags when I signed up. He mentioned it costs him 4$ on average for each wash etc and he wondered why people use it when it's raining ... I'm only off so much and I needed to vacuum the inside as well as get off the mud and tree debris... so sprinkling or not I went through... I mean I do pay for it. After I left he called me to basically tell me he's a small business and he's not profiting off me. And for me to be mindful of my usage. That I can use it when I " need" to. And the reason he doesn't set limits is the software doesn't allow him to. I feel like it's unprofessional to call people who are well within the means of what they signed up for and basically tell them they're not really allowed to use it the way that it's advertised. He basically wants you to pay for the monthly service but not use it or use it very little so that he can be profitable off of you. I didn't set the prices he did I didn't set the one wash a day limit he did and I by no means come once a day.... but the whole reason I got the service to begin with is because I like to keep my vehicle very clean. He basically tries to make you feel terrible for doing nothing but using the service that was advertised. If he's not profitable then maybe he should raise his prices. But waiting for customers to come out of the bay to confront them about their usage is freaking ridiculous. And not to mention half the time it smells so terrible while you're getting your car washed you can barely breathe because of the smell and the car wash doesn't even really clean your car that great. I live local and that's why I use it but after my experience yesterday I felt berated for his bad business model. If the subscription isn't working instead of confronting the customer maybe you should change your business model. I would never ever confront my customer and tell them they're doing some thing too much and I'm not making money off of them. I would change the way I did business to make it more profitable and keep my customers at the same time. Clearly this isn't the first time he has done this to someone. If you see him waiting for you don't stop just keep driving he's only gonna tell you you're using the service too much even though you're paying for it.

The service attendant was extremely nice! Explained that in order to get a black car clean, it’s best to pick the top price membership. Then he rewatched my car himself in one of the self wash bays! Awesome service!
