I just went in for the first time and I’m so impressed! The product selection was wonderful and the staff was even better!! The employees were friendly and helpful, especially Sophia (I hope I spelled her name right), she was so so sweet and made my shopping experience so awesome :)

I have shopped at The Cottage multiple times and will continue to do so. The staff is friendly and helpful. They call me whenever new shipments of Jellycats come in. I have never felt any racism or racial tension in that establishment. I hope the previous reviews do not deter POC from going to The Cottage.

This is one of my favorite stores. Every piece of clothing I have purchased from there has received many compliments. The staff is so helpful. I'm never disappointed. I travel many miles in order to shop here.
