There is a guy here named Ryan I think, who has been here a long time. He is the nicest most accommodating employee. I hope he is the manager because I feel like he sets the tone for how friendly the staff is here. I live right next to a local UPS store but I drive an additional 10minutes to this location often because of Ryan and team. Everyone is friendly and hustling with urgency to get people take care of. The local UPS by my home are rude and act like each customer is a nuisance so it’s worth the drive for me to this location to have a friendly atmosphere with Ryan and the Severna Park team. Thank you.

SERVICE IS HIT OR MISS, DEPENDING ON THE SERVICE CLERK. WORST IS THE OWNER (AT LEAST SHE ACTS LIKE IT). ONCE THEY HAVE THE UPS FRANCHISE TAG, OWNERSHIP REALLY DON'T GIVE A DAMN ABOUT SERVICE.

My package was delivered to this store as it required signature and I was not home. I went in to retrieve the package that had been signed for by Ryan hours earlier. They could not locate my package. Finally after a good twenty minutes as I was running late I had to leave. I gave them my tracking number and phone number to call. The next day still no call, no package. I called the store, was hung up on several times, finally got through and the lady who answered had no clue as tp the packages whereabouts or even that one had been lost, no record! I gave the tracking # again and my phone number. I am not very hopeful that my expensive package will be found with so many seemingly incompetent people working here. Very poorly run store.

While the team here is lovely, two packages sent from this location have now been lost (including a returned iPhone). I am out $500 bc UPS will not allow you to file a claim without tracking, which is near impossible to find when you aren’t notified the package was lost until 2+ months after sending.

Needed a Notary. Mr. Gill completed the service without telling me that the cost was $8 per page. Total cost was $108 for less than 10 minutes of his time. Highway robbery. A mobile notary that comes to the house was going to charge me $60 but we couldn’t work out the details. Also, I had this same service completed for $40 in Ocean City right before Christmas. Mr. Gill then proceeded to poke me in the other eye and share that they could not accept the overnight package because of a damaged label. Do not use this store.

Wonderful experience here! We shipped three large pieces of artwork from MD to California, and Ryan helped us from start to finish, including helping pack the pieces super securely. They arrived in perfect shape, and the cost was very reasonable.

Over the last year, between personal and business, we have required extensive mail/shipping support. This is the one stop shop, the team (not staff, not just people, not just resources) get it! We needed some shipping support for my family and the team just made it happen. They ask a couple of questions, provide some options and then DONE! We will go back over and over, the team just makes it simple to ship things in a relatively complex world. Thank you

It cost me over 12 dollars to mail a 3 dollar item ground mail. It's getting there tomorrow but I paid 6.76 to have a Tupperware pie holder from Georgia to Maryland and this was a 3 dollar eye shadow going from Maryland to New York. Ridiculous. I had it packed and addressed, too. It was very light and in a small cushioned envelope. I think that's crazy. I didn't care if it got there next week. Next time I'm going to the Post Office.
