The manager Tonyi (I think that's how you spell his name) helped me with finding my phone. He is the best manager ever!!!!!! Thank you for the helping me. He is amazing! Best customer service ever! The other associates were very helpful too and that means a lot. I appreciate them being fantastic!

Pharmacist Blanche at Walgreens says: “I (Blanche) explained to that (sic) the 200 script count from last year had been stored to his profile and the new script was filled with the understanding that a newer script has the most accurate directions and thus takes priority over and older script.”
Customer Response: Blanches’ response is a categorical lie! Blanche told me that the new script “negates” the older script. That was Blanches’ rationale for filling the new 180 script (as opposed to filling the 200 script). Blanches’ newest FABRICATION about “the new script was filled with the understanding that a newer script has the most accurate directions and thus takes priority over and older script” is again a categorical lie! Blanche stood at that counter and kept repeating like a parrot “the new script “negates” the older script”, and there was zero discussion about “most accurate directions between the two scripts”. Also, Blanche is again a liar about any discussion about newer script taking priority over the older. What Blanche said was that the newer script “negates” the older script. “Negates” the older script means to INVALIDATE the older script.
The thing about a liar like Blanche is that once that start lying they can never stop. BLANCHE IS A CATEGORICAL LIAR!
Pharmacist Blanche at Walgreens says: I (she) offered refill the script with the 200 count tablets once I (she) called the new prescriber and explain (sic) the situation.
Customer Response: Blanche is a categorical liar when she says that she offered to refill the 200 count script after calling the prescriber. Blanche did ask me if I wanted to call my own doctor and discuss with him; and I told Blanche to fill the 180 FOR NOW and I would escalate this entire situation with Walgreens’ HQ.

Supposed to be open at 7;00am. I'm still waiting outside and now it's 7:30am. If I could give a negative rating I would but since it's not an option I give it a 1 star. In reality I give it a minus 10

Awful pharmacy, avoid at all costs. The store itself is okay, but the staff and pharmacy take any stars down to zero.

From the non-existent communication to not following protocol regarding reading the form, I am not less than furious at this Walgree. It takes two minutes to call and say that you don't have the testing equipment needed for flu and covid testing. You could tell me that you don't have it when I arrived. Neither happened. Already pissed at the mithapristone decision and with this total crap, I am done.

Would give zero stars if possible. Made an appointment for Thursday 12/14 at 9:45 am to get the COVID/Flu A + B test due to being super sick. Arrived early, went to the pharmacy to check in and was greeted by a rude old white lady with glasses who I had just witnessed talking bad about a customer in the drive thru pickup. I was told first that they don’t do those tests at this location. I showed her the appointment email and said “is this not Walgreens in Severna Park?” She changed her story and said they hadn’t received any of the tests yet. Ooooook so why are there appointments available for a service you can’t provide? The pharmacist and employee were both incredibly rude and spoke to me like I was stupid, then turned me away. I called the manager, Lisa, who said she was going to speak with them, and that I should’ve AT THE LEAST received a courtesy call that they would be unable to help me. But yeah, unprofessional and a complete waste of my time

I have received most of my vaccines at Walgreens. Blanche N. has administered most of them. She double checks to make sure I'm receiving the correct vaccine. I receive the shot with a minimal sting and she makes sure I'm fine afterwards. She is caring, professional and has a wonderful sense of humor. Great job!

What happened to the really great pharmacy team!!! I’m not trying to be rude but the staff is so short they can’t get seriously needed prescriptions completed. I have been waiting for almost two weeks ?

This pharmacy received a voicemail prescription from my doctor to prevent an eye infection from a scratched cornea. They deleted it instead of filling it, on a Friday afternoon, telling me they had cleared the voicemails and there was nothing they could do. Unbelievable incompetence. Following day was able to get a new prescription written, which took them 6 additional hours to fill. Went 24 hours without doctor prescribed medication as a result of their incompetence and laziness. Will never again go to this pharmacy.

Took me an hour to get medicine in the drive through. I pressed the call button several times. People were just driving past because they were taking too long. Horrible service.
